Shraddha Kapoor took to her Instagram Stories to gush over her rumoured boyfriend, Rahul Modi, while calling him 'talented.'
Actress, Shraddha Kapoor has been hogging the spotlight for a while now thanks to her alleged relationship with Rahul Mody. Even though the duo are yet to publicly address their relationship status, rumours about them being together are as high as ever. One of the reasons for this is that photographers often catch them together. Recently, Shraddha fuelled the speculations when she expressed her admiration for her alleged partner in a new post on social media.
On Sunday, April 26, 2026, Shraddha Kapoor took to her Instagram Stories where she remarked on the latest advertisement by Rahul Mody. For those unaware, the advertisement featured Saiyaara actress, Aneet Padda. Complimenting her, Shraddha wrote, “Cuteness + best acting ka perfect mishran = @aneetpadda” Calling her rumoured partner, Rahul Mody "talented," the Stree actress added, “Aur cuteness se yaad aya, yeh writer-director kitna talented hain uff @modyrahulmody.” It is worth noting that while Rahul remained mum on the compliment, Aneet gave a quick response to Shraddha's warm words. Resharing the post on her Instagram Stories, she wrote, “takes one to know one Miss Kapoor!”
Rumours about Shraddha Kapoor and Rahul Mody being in a relationship began back in early 2024. At the time, the pair were spotted leaving an alleged dinner date in Mumbai together. Following that, Rahul and Shraddha have been spotted together on a number of occasions. For those unaware, they even attended the lavish pre-wedding celebrations of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant.
Last year, in June 2025, Shraddha seemingly confirmed her relationship with Rahul by going official on Instagram. Taking to her IG Stories, the actress shared a selfie featuring herself with the writer. In the picture, Shraddha and Rahul could be seen twinning in white outfits. Additionally, Shraddha also appeared to be affectionately holding on to Rahul's arm in the snap. She captioned the selfie, “Dil rakh le, Neend toh vaapas de de yaar.” Some eagle-eyed fans also noticed that Shraddha was sporting a pendant with the initial ‘R’ in one of her pictures.
Recently, Shraddha Kapoor's aunt, Tejaswini Kolhapure, sat down for an interview with the Free Press Journal. There, she opened up about the actress's wedding buzz with Rahul Mody. Addressing the rumours, Tejaswini simply said, “Really, I don't know about it. I have no idea about it.”
Rahul Mody is a well-known writer in Bollywood. If a report by The Times of India is to be believed, he first met Shraddha Kapoor via professional contacts, with their low-key connection deepening pretty soon. As per the same report, Rahul has studied at Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan School in Mumbai. He then went on to study film and television at Whistling Woods International. However, instead of completing his course, Rahul chose to intern on the sets of the movie, Pyaar Ka Punchnama. Later, Rahul began working as an associate director on a variety of projects.
Coming to her professional front, Shraddha Kapoor is all set to star in Eetha, which is a biopic about the renowned Marathi folk artist, Vithabai Narayangaonkar. On top of that, she will also be seen in the much-awaited third instalment of her successful Stree series. Another upcoming project that Shraddha is reportedly involved in is Nagin, which is produced by filmmaker, Nikhil Dwivedi.
Some time ago, an old video of Shraddha resurfaced online, which was taken from her Instagram AMA sessions. The clip features the actress responding to a fan when they suggested that Aashiqui 2 be released in theatres. She said, “I think yeh bahut hi brilliant idea hai. Main producers ko yeh suggest karungi. Kyunki mujhe bhi ise dobara bade parde par dekhna hai. This is a really good idea."
