Speaking to TMZ, Jeremiah's ex-wife, Stephanie Ramsay, revealed that his kids were considered his next of kin. Jeremiah's kids have the responsibility to make further decisions regarding him, and they now feel that their dad didn't deserve a funeral. According to Stephanie, Jeremiah will be cremated, and his ashes will be placed at a funeral home.

Jeremiah's ex-wife has sole custody of her five kids. Stephanie also mentioned that Jeremiah threatened 'suicide' throughout their marriage and would often say that he would take her out with him. According to Stephanie, he had a mindset that allowed him to set a terrifying bar for himself; if he were able to have his partner, no one else would.
