Ricardo Kaka was born on April 22, 1982, in Gama, Federal District in Brazil. He hailed from a middle-class family as his father was a civil engineer and his mother was an elementary school teacher. He was raised in Sao Paulo as his family relocated when he was just seven. His family gave him an enviornment which allowed him to excell in academic and atheletic pursuits. His footballing journe started when he was eight years old and joined a local youth club, Alphavile.
Soon he catched the eyes of SAo Paulo FC's academcy. After purusing football at a young age, Kaka faced a spinal fracture which could have ended his career before starting, but his recovery was miraculous. He made his debut in 2001 at the age of 19. He made records with his debut game, and soon he attracted European clubs eyes in 2003, and was signed by AC Milan for 8.5 million pounds, marking a start of his global career.
Talking about Kaka's personal life, he was married to his childhood love, Caroline Celico. They tied the knot in 2005 at the Rebirth in Christ Church in Sao Paulo. They met at a young age and after marriage, they welcomed two children, Luca Celico Leite and Isabella Celico Leite. After a decade of togetherness they parted ways.
