Pavitra Punia is all set to begin her happily-ever-after with her fiance. Last year, she made headlines when Pavitra shared dreamy photos from her proposal, but never officially revealed her fiancé's identity. Now, her fiance re-shared the photos hinting at their new journey. It is worth mentioning that before the big development, Pavitra was in a relationship with Eijaz Khan and the two were also engaged.
On March 14, 2026, Pavita's fiancé shared photos from their dreamy engagement. And hinted at their marriage with his caption. He wrote, "As the sun set, our forever began." It was the first time in months after Pavitra announced her relationship that Jaskomal shared a public post. In one of the photos, the two were seen kissing each other.
Jaskomal is not from the entertainment industry. However, he appears to have a strong passion for music. Talking about his work front, he is a Punjabi businessman settled in the USA. A look at his IG feed, and one can see Jaskomal voicing several hit Punjabi songs, and his features give Punjabi pop star vibes. Earlier, in an interview with the Hindustan Times, Pavitra shared details about her fiance, and said:
"He is a businessman from the USA, not at all an actor. A wonderful person, and kind. We’ve been going steady for quite some time now, and it feels right."
Jaskomal shared another sweet photo of his fiancee, Pavitra, dressed up in a sleeveless yellow-hued dress. She was seen posing with another woman, who seems to be Jaskomal's sister. Pavitra radiated the glow and it seems like the two are soon going to get married.
Before finding love in Jaskomal, Pavitra Punia was in a serious relationship with Eijaz Khan. The two fell in love with each other inside the Bigg Boss 14 house, but their union ended on a sour note. The couple were engaged before they called it quits. In an interview with Telly Masala, Pavitra Punia spoke about rumours claiming there were religious differences that led them to part ways. Pavitra stated that it wasn't the case. In fact, at the start of their relationship, Pavitra told Eijaz that she would not convert. Pavitra said:
"In fact, my extended family was happy. Unko toh aisa lag raha tha ke inki toh industry aisi hai yahan jaat paat dekhte nahi hai. I did tell him that l am not going to convert myself."
Soon, Eijaz Khan shared his side of the story through his spokesperson. Pavitra Punia's comment in her latest interview has affected Eijaz Khan's family, as religion was never an issue in their relationship. The spokesperson revealed that Eijaz's father has been got calls from his friends asking if his son had asked his girlfriend to convert to Islam, and he is extremely hurt. In the official statement, Eijaz's spokesperson also revealed that religion was never a criterion in their relationship. And now, it was being dragged that it was over. The spokesperson said:
"His father has been getting calls from his friends asking if your son asked his girlfriend to convert to Islam. He is very hurt because he was the happiest when he learned about Eijaz and Pavitra’s relationship. Religion was never the criteria in their relationship, but somehow it is being dragged now that it is over."
