Pamela Anderson's Ex Adil Cheated On Her With His Ex-Wife, Physically Abused Her, 'Crushed My Hands'

Pamela Anderson's allegations of cheating and abuse against her ex-boyfriend, Adil Rami are in focus amid her admission of struggling with hepatitis C.

Pamela Anderson, best known for her role in Baywatch, is currently making major headlines with a candid revelation about her life struggles. The model and actress, who mesmerized audiences with her on-screen charm, has silently battled heartbreak and health issues beyond the glitz and glam of Hollywood. In her recent emotional speech at the 2026 amfAR Gala Venezia, Pamela recalled her past battle with hepatitis C.

Pamela revealed that she contracted the virus after sharing a tattoo needle with her ex-husband, Tommy Lee. Apart from Tommy, Pamela also had unfavorable experiences in her other relationships as well, including facing cheating and domestic abuse from her ex-boyfriend, Adil Rami.

Pamela Anderson claimed Adil Rami's ex-wife admitted to having an affair with him while he dated the actress

Pamela Anderson dated French soccer star Adil Rami from around May 2017 to June 2019. After their split, she made explosive allegations against him. Through a scathing social media post, Pamela accused Adil of "physical and emotional torture" and said that she was "scammed" into the romance. She further accused him of infidelity and shared how she came to know about it. Adil Rami was married to Sidonie Biemont before dating Pamela.

Even after his divorce, Adil might not have been able to move on completely from his ex-wife, and the two stayed in touch while he dated Pamela. After he split from Pamela, she shared that Adil cheated on her with his ex-wife, Sidonie. The Baywatch star shared some email exchanges between her and Adil's ex, where the latter could be seen admitting to having an affair with him while he dated Pamela.

Pamela and Sidonie started interacting over email after the former could no longer bear Adil's alleged torture and needed someone to vent her grief and frustration. Pamela said she wanted to be friends with Sidonie, and after they grew close, Adil's ex-wife revealed that they still met as "lovers," as he told her he would soon end things with Pamela. However, when Sidonie realized her ex had made fake promises, she pulled out of the affair. She stated:

"We continued to see each other as lovers, him being really discreet and telling me all would 'end' soon? Then early 2019 we stopped the 'affair' coz i think i was worth more than being hidden and treated like that."

Based on Sidonie Biemont's mail, it was clear that she stopped seeing her ex-husband shortly before or during his split from Pamela Anderson. The latter was shocked to learn about the affair and told Sidonie that she understands her feelings, as she herself had allegedly gone through hell while she dated Adil Rami. She felt sorry for Sidonie's situation and said she would end things with Adil for good this time. In her words:

"I'm so sorry. I've been living with Adil for over 2 years. I've never met a man like this. Living multiple lives. I'm in shock. I'm so sorry for you and your boys. I am leaving him. For good this time. It's too mind-boggling for me. I've tried to leave 10 times to leave. But he always finds me and begs me back."

Besides infidelity, Pamela Anderson also accused Adil Rami of subjecting her to physical abuse. She claimed that the soccer star physically abused her by dragging her by her hair and throwing her around when they were in Los Angeles in 2018. She added that during one of their fights, Adil allegedly "crushed" her hands and she had to go to the hospital following the incident.

The treatment was so painful for Pamela that it could only be carried out after she was rendered unconscious. She added that once her hands started getting better, Adil allegedly hit her again, making her go through unimaginable suffering. Sharing all those details with Sidonie Biemont over mail, Pamela wrote:

"They need to put me to sleep to do injections...my hands were getting better, but he hurt me again at mandarine hotel."

Adil Rami refuted the allegations through an official statement and claimed that he and his ex-wife, Sidonie Biemont shared only a platonic bond.
