Natalie Portman and Benjamin Millepied were married for nearly 11 years. Over the years, they welcomed two children together, Aleph Millepied and a daughter, Amalia Millepied. Despite being married for so long, the couple was known for being one of the more private couples in Hollywood. By the time that they decided to end their marriage, rumors were ripe that Benjamin had an affair with a young climate activist named Camille Etienne.

Natalie admitted to having an internal struggle with her dual identities. However, she said that her mindset only began to change once she married Benjamin and started a family with him.
On Wednesday, July 29, 2026, Natalie Portman took to her Instagram account to show off her bare baby bump. In the picture, the Thor: Love and Thunder actress could be seen standing in front of an apartment balcony while wearing a blue button-down shirt. Natalie looked down at her belly while softly caressing it. She captioned the post, “Counting the days until we meet you. Thank you @shelbyduncan for your talent.”
Soon after Natalie made the post, her famous friends took to the comments to show her some love. For instance, Macaulay Culkin wrote, “Gee whiz.” On the other hand, Jennifer Garner dropped a string of red heart emojis. Chef and author Amy Chaplin also wrote, “So happy for you, Natalie. Huge congratulations.”
For the unversed, Natalie Portman had first unveiled her pregnancy back in April 2026. At the time, the actress claimed that she and her boyfriend, Tanguy, were super excited to welcome the little one. She added that she was very grateful and that it was a privilege and a miracle to be expanding her family once again. During an interview, she stated:
“I grew up hearing about how hard it is to get pregnant. I have so many people I love who’ve had such a hard time with it that I want to be respectful around that as well. It’s such a beautiful, joyous thing, and it’s also not an easy thing. And so I know how lucky it is. I’m very aware, and I’m very grateful. I have deep appreciation and gratitude.”
