Marathi content creator, Prathamesh Kadam, tragically passed away, leaving his family, friends and fans heartbroken. It was his fellow content creator, Tanmoy Chandramohan Patekar, who confirmed the heartbreaking news of his death. He is survived by his mother, Pradnya Kadam and his sister, Pratiksha Kadam. He was just 26 years old when he left for the heavenly abode. Now, a while ago, Prathamesh’s sister, Pratiksha, shared their last family picture.
The sudden death of Prathamesh Kadam has left his family, including his mom and sister, mourning. On January 27, 2026, Prathamesh Kadam's sister took to her Instagram Stories and shared their last family picture. The snap featured late Marathi influencer, Prathamesh, his mom and his sister, who were dressed up in Marathi-style outfits. Sharing the picture, Pratiksha expressed her grief and wrote, "Miss you dada. Last Family Picture."
On January 26, 2026, Pratiksha took to her Instagram Stories and shared a collage featuring her and Prathamesh. Along with the collage, she penned a heartwrenching note. In the note, Pratiksha expressed her disbelief about Prathamesh’s tragic passing. She wrote:
"Brother, please come back. I can’t handle this anymore. I miss you so, so much. I really can’t bear the fact that you left us and went away. Please come back—for me, and at least for our mother. This wasn’t the right age for you to go. You still had so many dreams to fulfil for all of us, didn’t you? Then why did you do this to me? Why did you leave me alone and go? Now, with whom will I celebrate Bhai Dooj and Raksha Bandhan with my brother, lovingly? Please, please come back. I miss you terribly, and I need you. Please come back."
Pratiksha also shared a family picture and penned another emotional note for her brother. In the note, she expressed her grief following Prathamesh’s tragic passing. For the uninitiated, on January 25, 2026, Prathamesh passed away. A while ago, Prathamesh’s fellow content creator revealed that Prathamesh was suffering from a long-term illness, typhoid and jaundice in his blood. The note shared by Pratiksha can be read as:
"Brother, what did you do? Do you even realise that you left Mom and me behind? Where are we supposed to go now, what are we supposed to do, how are we supposed to live? We didn’t even get to take one proper photo together. You left us all and went so far away. Please come back—for my sake."
On January 26, 2026, Prathamesh Kadam’s fellow content creator, Tanmoy Chandramohan Patekar, took to his Instagram handle and confirmed the heartbreaking news of Prathamesh’s death. He shared a carousel and wrote, "You will always be remembered! Prathamesh, take care of yourself! Will miss you a lot, miss you bhai." He also shared information about Prathamesh’s funeral that was held on January 26, 2026. He wrote:
"The final rites commenced from the residence. Om Shanti.Time of the final journey: 9:30 a.m. Address: B Wing, Royal Complex, Cluster Mumbai Suburban 58, Jai Bhawani Road, Shantaram Pada, Pratap Nagar, Malad East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400097."
Prathamesh Kadam was a famous content creator and was a well-known figure in the Marathi community. He rose to fame by making funny Reels and dance videos, which often featured his mom, Pradnya Kadam. Fans loved the mom-son duo chemistry. At a tender age, Prathamesh lost his father and had to take up the responsibilities of his family. According to a report by The Sunday Guardian, Prathamesh had a net worth of Rs. 10 lakh and Rs. 50 lakh, based on his earnings from Instagram sponsorships, reel monetisation, and brand promotions in the Marathi digital space.
