Chrishell and G Flip had been together for four years, after meeting at a Halloween party in 2021. In 2022, Chrishell confirmed she was dating G Flip. Just before G Flip, Stause was in a relationship with Jason for a few months, and the relationship ended in December 2021.
Chrishell and Jason were considered one of the sweetest couples, and their followers have always supported them; thus, when the Selling Sunset star announced that she decided to split from G Flip, it came as a shock. As Chrishell announced her split from G Flip, she also got support from her ex-beau and Selling Sunset co-star, Jason, who promised to be by her side, always. Amid Chrishell's split from G Flip, let's have a look at the former's past relationship with Jason and the reason for their breakup.
Chrishell Stause and Jason were a great couple, and that was not just an opinion from their followers; even they thought the same. Jason even shared that he had never been so happy and comfortable in a relationship before Chrishell. Chrishell joined The Oppenheim Group as an agent in 2018, which Oppenheim owns with his twin brother, Brett. The duo also co-starred in Selling Sunset, and in 2021, the duo debuted as a couple.
While they were the epitome of the perfect pair, their relationship ended within just a few months. The reason for their breakup was their different views on life. While Chrishell wanted to be a mom, being a father was not something that Jason was thinking about then. Having said that, Jason knew that Chrishell would make an exceptional mom; however, when it came to how fatherhood would fit into his life, he said his 'logical decision-making mind' was taking over.
Jason Oppenheim also revealed that his parents would always want a grandkid; however, he was on the fence. Chrishell, who had previously frozen her eggs, made it clear that having children was a non-negotiable priority for her.
During an episode of Selling Sunset, Chrishell shared that she wouldn't compromise on having kids. She learned from a past relationship that she would be lying to herself if she stayed, knowing the other person didn't want kids. After that, Jason and Chrishell parted ways, after the former realized that he was not ready for fatherhood.
Even though the couple parted ways, they remained good friends, as Jason's support during Chrishell's tough time shows. Jason took to his social media handle to comment on Chrishell's split announcement post. In the comment, he wrote that sometimes things don't work out, while adding that he would always be by Chrishell's side. In the comment, Jason wrote:
"You’re both beautiful people and sometimes things just don’t work out, but it certainly doesn’t mean anyone failed. There’s probably nothing anyone can say to make you feel better right now, it might just take some time to process. But please know that you’re very loved and I’m always there for you no matter what.”
