Another user commented, "Prayers for healing for her family, boyfriend, and friends." A third user penned, "I am so sorry to hear about this horrific tragedy. Many people are praying for her. Loved ones there and everywhere." A fourth user wrote, "The problem, I see tourists feeding these alligators and they start going after humans. I’m not saying this happened now, RIP to that poor lady." Another comment can be read as:
"Unfortunately, it's going to keep happening the gators and crocs are federally protected so fwc gets funding for these programs and will not do anything to reduce numbers. Florida is also having a huge shark problem. Florida is great at protecting but not at controlling the numbers when they get out of hand. They use to say once a wild animal is fed by people and they lose the fear of people they need to be relocated or killed. But that applies to other animals not crocs. People are always falling in the water or having to get in the water to put boat on the trailer. It's sad that nothing will change until a tragedy happens."
A few days back, Brittany Clark’s boyfriend, Chance Allison who desperately tried to save his girlfriend opened up about her tragic demise. Brittany’s tragic death left Chance heartbroken. As he was during her final moments, the events left a lasting impression on him. Speaking briefly with FOX 35, Chance shared that Brittany was the strongest and the most outgoing person he had ever met. Through a text message, Chance wrote:
"With this being such a traumatic event, I do not think that I will be able to hold myself together to talk about her on Zoom or any other video platform. But what I can tell you is Brittany was such an amazing and caring person and didn’t deserve to go out in such a way. She was the strongest and most outgoing person I've ever met in my 30 years of life. She loved her job where she operated a bulldozer running a dirt crew. And loved going out on the water every chance she could. Never in a million years would we have seen this nightmare come about."
