'Papa' Tusshar Gives A Glimpse Of Son, Laksshya's Quarantine Birthday, Calls Him 'My Gift From God'

When we imagine a father, usually the image of an angry father like Amrish Puri in Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge comes to our mind. We don’t know why, but often we imagine a father in an angry role only, however, there was a father like Anupam Kher as well in the same film. Living in the 21st century, there is an important need to understand that not every father is as angry as Amrish Puri, or they are as cool as Anupam Kher. The fathers these days are setting all the right goals and standards of fatherhood, but moderately keeping their emotions in front of their kids. From being their best friend to being a strict teacher at times, the definition of fatherhood is changing with times. One similar father is Tusshar Kapoor, who is single-handedly serving his son, Laksshya with every emotion and moulding him into one of the best humans. Tusshar Kapoor had gotten blessed with a baby boy, who he had lovingly named, Laksshya Kapoor on June 1, 2016. Fighting all the societal norms, Tusshar had taken the journey of fatherhood by welcoming his little jaan into the world via surrogacy. His action had inspired many to learn more about surrogacy and take it as an option to bring a little soul into their lives. We are in awe of his parenting skills, as often we catch him teaching his son something new like water xylophone or ice-cube painting, or dancing with him. He has redefined fatherhood in every sense, and his life has completely changed after holding his baby boy.

Tusshar’s son, Laksshya had turned 4 on June 1, 2020, and to share the birthday celebrations of his son, he took to his Instagram handle. Taking to his Instagram handle on June 2, 2020, papa, Tusshar shared two pictures of the quarantine birthday celebration of his son. In the first picture, we can see all the decoration and the father-son duo, posing for the camera, while in the second picture, we can see the entire family, except for bua, Ekta Kapoor, looking at the birthday cake. Along with the picture, Tusshar wrote how writing about his love for his son will be overstating the obvious and how he feels that his bachcha is a gift for him from God. The caption can be read as “My baby turns 4.....to write about my love for you would be reiterating, in fact overstating the obvious! Really speaking, you were, are and will always be my gift from God! Happy birthday my bachcha! #laksshyakapoor #June1st.” Take a look at the pictures below:

In an interview with The Times of India, papaTusshar had talked about his son’s birthday plans as it is going to be quarantine birthday for him and had also revealed his son’s birthday wish. He had said, "It will only be us and the staff, who are like family. This is not the right time for a big celebration. Laksshya wants a blueberry cheesecake, but didn't mention that he wants to call everyone. At this age, kids are happy in their own space, with known faces around." We are sure, Tusshar would have ensured that his bachcha gets a blueberry cheesecake for his birthday!
