Taimur Ali Khan and Laksshya Kapoor make one such pair of celeb kids who have the potential to turn tables. Taimur was born to Kareena Kapoor Khan and Saif Ali Khan on December 20, 2016, and Laksshya is a surrogate child to Tusshar Kapoor who was born on June 01, 2016. Just a few months apart, Taimur and Lakkshya have become BFFS of the tinsel town. And their latest pictures together on social media are going viral. Taimur and Lakkshya met up in Bandra yesterday (March 04, 2019) and they looked like cotton balls completely. While Taimur donned an orange outfit, Lakkshya looked adorable in his white and blue tee. As the paparazzi clicked the two, Taimur looked amused and Laksshya had an expression of 'Wherever we go, they follow'. Take a look:
Taimur Ali Khan and Laksshya Kapoor are often spotted together on their playdates. Reportedly, they also attend the same playschool and even go to the same toddler’s gym. They attend each other's birthdays and are all sporty about the same.
Tusshar Kapoor once shared with an online tabloid if he sees Taimur and Laksshya growing into becoming BFFs. The Golmaal actor had replied, “That completely depends on what school they go to. Kids make friends at schools, colleges and then in the profession that they choose. He had further added, “People like assuming things and that’s fine. I grew up with a lot of my father’s friends’ kids. I had Riddhima Kapoor Sahni, Goldie Behl, Hrithik Roshan and today, we’re just family friends. We have our own groups.”
Tusshar had also opened up about his equation with Taimur’s mommy and his co-star, Kareena Kapoor Khan. Sharing the same, he had retorted, “It’s the same. We don’t meet that often. Now, thanks to our kids, at least we meet every now and then. The kids are not really aware because they still don’t know each other. At this age, they are just happy playing with each other. They are just familiar with the face. They are too young to recognise that strongly and miss each other. Taimur and Laksshya are at an age where they want to be around each other to just play. The whole sharing and playing, with these kids only will come when they are two-three.”
In an earlier interview, Tusshar talked about the moment when he thought of being a single parent, and had said, “I was thinking about it for some time before I finally had the baby because I was running out of time. I am not married yet. I may or may not in the future. I felt time was running out fast and I couldn’t wait to have a family, have a child. That’s something I won’t be able to do as I grow older. I can always get married. That’s why I decided to become a single parent. A chance meeting with Mr Prakash Jha on my way to Tirupati changed things. He guided and helped me with the whole process. He told me how this is something many people have done and it is not something new. Meeting him really opened the doors for me.”
Kareena Kapoor, on the other hand, has often spoken about Taimur’s growing popularity and media’s obsession over him. Sharing her views on the same, Bebo had once said, “There is so much genuine warmth for our son that it’s bad to stop people from clicking his pictures or making his dolls. But, they should understand that he is a two-year-old child and needs a normal life. Both Saif and I are struggling to give him that and will continue to do so without telling the media to back off, no matter how annoying it gets after a point.
