Ayushmann Khurrana is one of the most talented gems of an actor in the Indian film industry. A national-award winner, he is also known for his extended talents in the fields of music and VJ, the two of which had been his first steps to enter into the showbiz world. In his personal life, Ayushmann is happily married to filmmaker and writer, Tahira Kashyap. The duo had been college sweethearts and had decided to make a promise of forever quite early on in their lives. Moreover, the duo stand as the strongest pillars for one another, and are no less than a perfect jodi.
Taking to her IG handle on July 4, 2023, Tahira Kashyap dropped a nostalgic throwback picture featuring her and Ayushmann Khurrana, along with a few of their friends. The picture dates back to the duo’s college days, when they were a young couple in love. In the picture, Tahira and her friends could be spotted facing the camera and flashing their bright smiles. However, it was Ayushmann’s awestruck look as he faced Tahira that caught everyone’s attention. Along with it, Tahira penned a caption where she recalled the old days. It could be read as:
“When our eyes and smiles weren't for the camera."

Tahira is a doting wife to Ayushmann Khurrana and there are no second thoughts to it. Proof of the same was found in an earlier interview of Tahira on The Love, Laugh, Live Show, where she spoke fondly about her husband. She further added how she takes immense pride in being recognised as Ayushmann Khurrana’s wife.
Apart from being a really supportive wife, Tahira is also a loving daughter-in-law in the Khurrana family, who manages to keep the priorities and well-being of the members before those of herself. Moreover, she is particularly attached to her in-laws, who treat her like their own daughter. And so, after the sudden death of her father-in-law, P Khurrana in May 2023, Tahira had penned a special and heart-warming eulogy for him, where she expressed her emotions in the most beautiful way. Dropping lovely family pictures, Tahira had written:
“I am yet to meet a father-in-law who loved his feminist daughter-in-law.”

After the death of Ayushmann Khurrana’s father, the entire family was shocked to bits and they were completely broken. However, a month later, it was Tahira who had dropped an inspirational video on her social media handle, that featured her mother-in-law, Poonam Khurrana. Tahira narrated how her mother-in-law had decided to restart her life at the age of 71, days after she had lost her husband. The video had received massive applause from all the near and dear ones of the Khurrana family.
