Sunny Leone, a.k.a Karenjit Kaur Vohra began her career with adult films. Later, she left the industry and moved to India with her husband, Daniel Weber to restart her work in some popular films. She then worked in many films, including Ragini MMS 2, One Night Stand, Jism 2, Oh My Ghost, and others. However, her fans are always curious about her relationships and personal life. Now, during the course of a conversation on a show, Sunny opened up about one of her past relationships.
Sunny Leone is currently hosting a show, Splitsvilla X5, wherein during the latest episode, she can be heard making a shocking revelation. In this season of the show, the contestants are divided into villas, one for the participants of the show and the other one called Ex-isle, wherein the ex-flames will be staying to keep an eye on their actions. Thus, soaked in the emotional turmoil, one of the contestants, Dewangini Vyas, revealed how her ex-boyfriend, Divyansh Pokharna, called off their relationship as things weren't in their favour.

Listening to this, Sunny too, made a revelation that intensified the show's drama. She admitted being in a committed relationship before her wedding with Daniel Weber. However, Sunny revealed how her then-boyfriend fell out of love, and broke their engagement. Sunny said:
"I was also engaged once before I met my husband. I just asked him, do you even love me anymore? and he was like, 'No, I don't love you anymore, I am out of love’ So, I can understand how you feel."
For the unversed, Sunny was in a relationship with popular stand-up comedian, Russell Peters for a short period of time. In an old interview with Mid-Day, Sunny was asked about her feelings when Russell jokes about their relationship in his stand-up comedy shows. To this, Sunny revealed that she doesn’t mind those jokes about their relationship but calls her relationship with her ex-boyfriend, Russell, 'a mistake'. Further, explaining how it ruined their friendship, she mentioned:
“Yes, you have to see it. I don’t know if he does it now, but now I am not upset about anything he says. It’s totally fine if it makes people laugh. It was a mistake. I genuinely believe that him and I were such good friends and we had so much fun together and everywhere I would travel in the US, there were a lot of places that he was at, because he was doing a show and we would just meet up and have fun, drink and go out, be really funny and silly. All of a sudden we messed up by going out on a date.”
Sunny is currently living a happy married life with her husband, Daniel. They are blessed with three kids, a daughter, Nisha and two twin boys, Asher and Noah. However, there were once rumours that her husband, Daniel, used to beat up her ex-boyfriend, Russell, for making jokes about her and the ex-flame's relationship. Moreover, the same was shown in the series based on Sunny's life. But when Sunny was asked about it in the same interview, she immediately laughed it out. She revealed:
“No, that one was sensationalised a little bit.”

At the end of the conversation, Sunny regretted one of her decisions regarding her past relationship. The actress revealed her wish to be friends with her ex-boyfriend, Russell. However, she also mentioned how it was extremely weird that while she was dating Russell, she was also seeing her husband, Daniel. Thus, she had to end her friendship with Russell.
