Speaking about the former, the 65-year-old actor made a smashing comeback to the silver screen with his release, Gadar 2, which earned massive accolades worldwide. On the other hand, in his personal life, Sunny recently welcomed his bahu, Drisha Acharya to the family as she tied the knot with his son, Karan Deol. And now, Sunny shared an unheard anecdote from his son, Karan Deol’s wedding diaries.

During his appearance on the show, Aap Ki Adalat, Sunny Deol revealed some unheard anecdotes from his son, Karan Deol’s lavish wedding festivities. The actor mentioned how he ended up scolding quite a few of his relatives during the wedding ceremonies, since he spotted them clicking photos and making videos from the various functions. Known to be quite a shy person, who does not like to put out much about his personal life out there, Sunny was first quite irked by their behaviour, but revealed that he later gave up on them. He mentioned:

“I was very upset with some of my relatives. I scolded a couple of them for recording videos inside the house. I said aren’t you ashamed? When the functions were happening, I saw there were videos being recorded everywhere. So, then at the end of the day, I said, let it be, I can’t do anything about it.”

Sunny Deol feels social media has rendered people to cut down on feelings for one another

In the same interaction, Sunny Deol shared his views on the recent trend of social media and revealed his views on the same. The actor mentioned too much involvement of people over social media has made them cut down feelings for one another and made people start disregarding one another. In his words:

“Since the time social media has come in, all the jobless people have gotten a tool in their hand because it’s all anonymous so they can just say whatever they want. They don’t think about how it hurts people, they just think about themselves.”

When Sunny revealed the reason behind his low attendance at the Parliament

Moving further with his revelations in the same show, Sunny Deol was asked to share the reason behind his low attendance at the Parliament. For the unversed, Sunny is an elected MLA for the district of Gurdaspur in Punjab. Sharing why he is seldom seen on any political meetings, the actor mentioned that he does only the needful for his district, and added that he does not find himself exactly cut out for the role in politics.
