English singer-songwriter, Ed Sheeran, popular for songs like Shape Of You, Perfect, Photograph, Galway Girl, and more, is currently in India for his second concert, which will take place on March 16, 2024. The singer touched down in Mumbai on March 12, 2024, and since then, he has been meeting Bollywood friends. For those who don’t know, Ed previously came to India in 2017 for a concert. Back then, he even attended the party hosted by Farah Khan in his honour.
Taking to his Instagram account, Ed Sheeran posted a video with none other than the Baadshah of Bollywood, Shah Rukh Khan. While Ed was wearing a tie-dye sweatshirt paired with black pants, SRK wore a printed shirt with distressed jeans. In the clip, King Khan was seen teaching the English singer his iconic arms stretch pose, and Ed perfectly struck the pose. At the end of the video, SRK proceeded to hug the singer and playfully plant a kiss. Ed posted the video with the popular song, Deewangi Deewangi from SRK’s 2007 film, Om Shanti Om, and captioned the post as:
“This is the Shape of Us. Spreading love together….”

Ed Sheeran uploaded this post on social media a few hours ago, and since then, fans of the duo have filled the comment section with their thoughts on SRK and Ed’s shenanigans. One user wrote, “I’m done with this March Multiverse. Too many mad crossovers.” Another one said, “They skipped the kiss at the end.” A third netizen mentioned, “ye sal logo ke collab dekhne m nikal jayga.” Check out some other comments:

Moreover, Ed Sheeran sat for an interview with Zoom, during which the singer happily indulged in a rapid-fire game and talked about his interest in Bollywood. The singer was questioned on which Bollywood star he would want to feature in one of his music videos. To this, Ed promptly took the names of Shah Rukh Khan, and he said:
“Umm… I never thought about it really. But, I guess, Shah Rukh (Khan) because he is the biggest star.”
On March 13, 2024, choreographer-turned-filmmaker, Farah Khan Kunder took to her Instagram account to upload a picture with Ed Sheeran, whom she met after 7 years since he last visited India. In the picture, the filmmaker and the English singer are seen seated on a couch as they pose for the lens. As per a report by News 18, the photo was taken inside SRK’s home, Mannat. Moreover, Farah also shared another snap on her IG story where she was standing between SRK and Ed as they flashed their brightest smiles at the camera.
