Alia Bhatt, the daughter of the filmmaker, Mahesh Bhatt and actress, Soni Razdan, is one of the top actresses of Bollywood, who amazed her fans with her back-to-back massive hits. The famous actress got married to the love of her life, Ranbir Kapoor, on April 14, 2022. Alia and Ranbir are living their best lives with their baby girl, Raha. Recently, Alia's mother, Soni Razdan, took to her Twitter account to post a throwback picture of her family. Soni Razdan shared the picture while participating in a Twitter trend, which asks users to post a frame with 'water' in it. In the picture, we can spot young Alia and Shaheen standing with their parents. The picture is from Seychelles, where Mahesh Bhatt was shooting for his film, Papa Kehte Hain, in 1996. In this movie, Soni Razdan played the role of a supporting character. The picture showed Alia all cute, wearing a cute balloon frock. On the other hand, her sister, Shaheen, wore black shorts and a tee. A top-notch family moment was captured in the throwback photo, in which dad, Mahesh Bhatt, is holding Alia's hands from behind, and mommy, Soni, is standing next to them and hugging Shaheen from behind.

Sharing this picture, Soni Razdan wrote, this picture is from Seychelles, when both her daughters were small. She also shared that the picture was captured during the shooting of the film, Papa Kehte Hain. Her tweet can be read as:

For those who don't know, Mahesh Bhatt's first girlfriend was Lorraine Bright, who he married in 1968. After four years, the duo was blessed with a girl child, Pooja Bhatt and a son, Rahul Bhatt. After that, Mahesh Bhatt reportedly started dating actress Parveen Babi. Lorraine maintained a distance from the filmmaker as his new relationship with Parveen started to hit the headlines. However, the relationship between Mahesh Bhatt and Parveen Babi ended two and a half years later. During that time, Lorraine and Mahesh also parted ways on their mutual decision. Soon after, the filmmaker, during the shooting of Saaransh, met Soni Razdan. As per the reports, the duo secretly dated briefly and got married in 1986. Mahesh and Soni were blessed with two daughters, Alia and Shaheen.

In one of her interviews during the promotion of Kalank, Alia was brutally trolled for her response to a question of infidelity and extramarital affair. When asked about her thoughts, she responded that she doesn't propagate infidelity because everything happens for a reason. She also shared that her father met her mother because he had an extramarital affair, and she doesn't propagate it, but she understands that human nature is not easy.
