Sonakshi Sinha is one of the much-loved actresses in Bollywood. Being a Bollywood diva, Sonakshi believes in living life queen-size. For those who don't know, Sonakshi is the daughter of the veteran actor, Shatrughan Sinha. The actress debuted in Bollywood with the movie, Dabangg. Since then, there's been no looking back for her, and she has been providing fans with some amazing performances in movies like Rowdy Rathore, Son of Sardaar, and Dabangg 2, among others. There's no denying the fact that in her professional life, Sonakshi has been soaring high. And now it seems like the diva ticks off her bucket list as she reportedly purchased a high-rise apartment that comes with a massive price tag.
As per several reports, Sonakshi Sinha recently bought a lavish apartment in Bandra, Mumbai. If the reports are to be believed, Sonakshi's swanky apartment is located in the Bandra Reclamation area of the city, which is considered to be one of the wealthiest localities for its features of providing the inhabitants and residential societies with a fresh and eye-soothing view of the sea.

As per the documents shared by an online website, Zapkey, Sonakshi Sinha bought this lavish apartment at a whopping price of Rs. 11 crores. Reports claimed that the apartment was sold by the seller, Pyramid Developers, and was bought on August 29, 2023. If the reports are to be believed, Sonakshi has bought the lavish apartment under a project called '81 Aureate', which was developed by the MJ Shah group on KC Road. Sonakshi reportedly paid a massive amount of Rs. 55 lakh for stamp duty and Rs. 30,000 as registration fees.
Talking about the features of Sonakshi Sinha's new apartment, along with the sea-facing view, the flat comes with a 2,208.77 sq ft. carpet area and 348.43 sq ft. additional area that features other facilities such as a lobby, servant quarters, and toilet. Sonakshi's apartment is said to be on the 26th floor, which is the topmost floor of the building. Along with a 1,653.67 sq ft terrace, it also includes parking space for four cars. However, it is to be noted that neither Sonakshi nor her team have yet confirmed any such news.

It was back on May 30, 2023, when Sonakshi Sinha dropped a few glimpses from her swanky home. In the photos, the actress looked gorgeous in black-hued ensemble, which she teamed with a white cap. The photos also featured tons of furniture and upholstery for her place. However, what was simply eye-soothing was the picturesque view of the Mumbai skyline and the iconic Bandra-Worli sea link visible from her balcony. Sharing the photos, the actress mentioned how it is really tough to do up a house. Her caption could be read as:
“Adulting- HARD!!! Head is swirling with plants and pots and lights and mattresses and plates and cushions and chairs and tables, forks and spoons, sinks and bins…..AAAARGH!!! Doing up a house is NOT easy!!!”
