Yes, Shamita’s family has started worrying about her wedding and a glimpse of the same we had seen in her jiju, Raj Kundra’s birthday wish for her on her 42nd birthday. Raj had posted a hilarious wish for his saali sahiba, Shamita as he had told everyone to find a suitable groom for his saali. His note could be read as "A sister given to me by law, a friend given to me by heart. Happy birthday to an amazing sister in law. You have always been there for me it's been an amazing 11 years with fabulous memories. Stay blessed and continue to age in reverse! May you get all you dream and wish for and more. P.S: I need a brother in law soon now so find one fast before I announce a swayamvar." Raj's wife, Shilpa had reacted to her hubby's note and had written, "Swayamvar My Tunki" followed by multiple laughing emojis in the comment section of his post.
It seems that the pressure is really building upon Shamita and now, the actress has revealed that she is bored of being single in a conversation with ETimes. She said, "I think my family is so fed up of seeing me single. They truly just want to see me happy with someone soon. And quite honestly, I’m fed up of being single too.” She also talked about the kind of life partner she wants and how one should choose their Mr Right. She said, “When it comes to your partner, you have to choose the right person, knowing you can live with them for the rest of your life, learn from each other and grow in every way... spiritually, intellectually etc.”
Shamita also shared that she will never make a decision in haste when it comes to her life partner and won’t let loneliness make her take wrong decisions. She said, “I’m not someone who will make a decision in haste and let loneliness decide the wrong partner for me.” She also revealed what she looks for in her Mr Right, “I look for kindness, honesty, integrity, intelligence, humour and good values and of course, a fun, loving guy! And yes, I believe he exists!” The actress also talked about what love means to her and said, “For me love is oxygen, I can’t imagine life without it. And yes, I’m a diehard romantic! And I don’t like playing mind games when it comes to love. For me, it’s the purest emotion and I enjoy the simplicity of it. I don’t think the definition of love has changed, it’s just our portrayal of it.” (Recommended Read: Shilpa Shetty And Raj Kundra Host A Birthday Bash For Samisha, Her Floral Unicorn Cake Won Hearts)
