Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s pre-wedding festivities, which took place in Jamnagar, Gujarat, from March 1 to March 3, 2024, garnered the attention of people from all around the world. The guest list of the ceremony had everyone gasping for air as prominent people from all walks of life were invited by Mukesh and Nita Ambani at their Jamnagar gala. Moreover, a majority of actors and actresses from the Indian film industry were also a part of the three-day celebrations. Sara Ali Khan, too, was present in the pre-wedding of Anant and Radhika, along with her family.
The Bollywood starlet has been busy nowadays as she is promoting two of her upcoming films, Ae Watan Mere Watan and Murder Mubarak. During one of such promotional events, Sara Ali Khan was asked by her fans to share her experience of attending the extravagant three-day pre-wedding festivities of Anant and Radhika. To this, Sara mentioned that she had a lot of fun, ate a lot, and danced with her friends, Janhvi and Ananya. She said:
“It was a lot of fun. Bada maza aaya mujhe. Bahut ache log the. Bahut sara khana tha. Janhvi aur Ananya ke sath dance kiya maine stage par, Khushi bhi thi, aur kya? Phir wapis aa gayi, promote karne do do filmein. Yahi chal raha hai.”

On Day 3 of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant's pre-wedding festivities, which was their hastakshar ceremony, Sara Ali Khan raided her badi amma, Sharmila Tagore's closet and picked an elegant zardosi suit for herself. Her outfit comprised a short kurta, churidar and a gorgeous zari-adorned dupatta. She accessorised her ensemble with heavy jewellery and subtle makeup.

On February 23, 2024, Sara took to her Instagram account and uploaded pictures showcasing a retro look. The actress was seen donning a pink-hued polka-dotted chiffon saree paired with a sleeveless blouse of the same print. The Bollywood starlet's hair was styled like the ‘70s Bollywood heroines, and her glam makeup comprised of glossy lips, perfectly lined eyes, and blushed cheeks. She accessorised her minimalistic look with just a pair of studs.
Sara Ali Khan also posted a reel on her Instagram feed wearing the same saree. In the video, the Bollywood actress could be seen playing badminton while humming the song, Dhal Gaya Din. For the unversed, the song is from the 1970 film, Humjoli, featuring legendary actors like Jeetendra, Mehmood, and Leela Chandavarkar. She captioned the reel as:
“Real Vs Reel. BTS mein hai asli feel”
