The 'Bhaijaan' of Bollywood, Salman Khan needs no introduction. The actor rules millions of hearts, courtesy of his marvellous acting chops, amazing personality, handsomeness, and more. The actor, who is known to be a bit angry man, also has a funny side, and there is no denying the fact that he often swoons the hearts of his fans with the same. Recently, in an interview, Mithun Chakraborty’s son, Namashi Chakraborty walked down memory lane and recalled a funny banter between him and Salman. For those who don't know, Salman is a good friend of Mithun.
In a recent interview with Lehren Retro, Namashi Chakraborty recalled a funny incident when he went to pay a visit to Salman Khan on the set of the latter's film, Radhe. Namashi shared that he went to the set and touched Salman Khan's feet. However, reacting to the same, Salman gave him a hug and asked him not to repeat this gesture yet again, especially near Disha Patani. Namashi also mentioned that Salman jokingly warned him to throw off the set if he ever touched his feet. Namashi mentioned:
"Salman bhai was shooting for Radhe, I’d just wrapped Bad Boy and I went to meet him at Mehboob. I went and touched his feet, and I can say this on camera, he said, ‘Fuck off’. He gave me a hug and said, ‘I am as old as you are, don’t do this bullshit with me. If you ever do this again, especially if Disha Patani is sitting here, I’m going to throw you off the set’. So, rule number one, don’t touch Salman Khan’s feet.”

Namashi and his brother, Mimoh Chakraborty shared that Salman Khan has always provided them with advice whenever they needed it. Mimoh, on the other hand, also recalled an incident when he was with Salman Khan on the sets of Sultan. Mimoh shared that he was there with another 'star-kid'. However, recalling the day, Mimoh mentioned how the Tiger 3 actor told another 'star kid' that, unlike him, Mithun's son was not even allowed to struggle. Mimoh also shared that Salman Khan is extremely protective and understands the inner functionalities of the film industry.
In the same interview, Namashi shared that both he and his brother, Mimoh, got a lot of help from the goodwill that was earned by their father, Mithun Chakraborty. He also talked about his and Mimoh's equation with his industry friends. Namashi added that Amitabh Bachchan regularly checks up on his father, Mithun. They also shared that Mithun's other industry friends, such as Govinda, Suniel Shetty, Shah Rukh Khan, and Jacky Shroff, always stand by them.

Mithun Chakraborty and Salman Khan have worked in several films together, including Veer and Kick. However, in an old interview with Pinkvilla, Mithun mentioned that when he first met Salman Khan, he was not an actor but Salim Khan's son. Speaking about Salim Khan, Mithun mentioned that he could never lift his head in front of the former as he respects him a lot. Mithun shared that Salim has struggled for the former despite destiny not being in his support.

In the same interview, Mithun shared that Salman respects him like an elder brother and they have a lot of fun with one another whenever they meet. The veteran actor also shared that he and Salman share a lot of secrets. He also mentioned that Salman is misunderstood by people. Mithun also even called him lion-hearted.
