The duo embraced parenthood for the first time in their lives after almost two years of their wedding. Just like every newbie parent, Disha and Rahul are also in the seventh heaven and are beaming with happiness. However, not many know that Rahul manifested to have a daughter as his first child.
Rahul Vaidya and Disha Parmar were blessed with a baby girl as their first child. On September 20, 2023, the singer took to his IG handle and shared an old video of himself from Bigg Boss 14. In the video, Rahul can be seen speaking to his co-contestants about how he wants a baby girl as his first child. While sharing the old video on social media, he wrote that he manifested becoming a girl dad first. He penned:
"I manifested it."

The video is widely being circulated on the internet, as Rahul and Disha have welcomed a baby girl into their lives. In the video, Rahul can be heard saying that he only wants a baby girl as his first child. Rahul said:
"I only want a baby girl as my first child. My first born should be a baby girl, I hope that comes true."

On September 20, 2023, Rahul Vaidya and his wife, Disha Parmar shared a collaborative post on Instagram to announce the arrival of their first child. The duo dropped a cutesy animated picture of a baby elephant wearing a sash that had ‘It’s a girl’ written on it. Along with the picture, Disha and Rahul penned a caption and shared that they were blessed with a baby girl and conveyed their special feelings. Their note could be read as:
“We are blessed with a Baby GIRL! The mummy and baby both are healthy and doing perfectly well! We would like to thank our Gynaec @dhruptidedhia who was hands on with the baby right since conceiving till birth and special thanks to our family @dnamjoshi & @masuuma at @criticareasiahospitals for giving us the best delivery experience possible! And we are elated! pls bless the baby.”

Rahul Vaidya is currently on cloud nine as he and his wife, Disha Parmar are blessed with a cutesy little one. Earlier, in an interview with the ETimes, he mentioned that as Disha's delivery date was coming closer, they could feel the baby's movements clearly. He shared that experiencing the baby's kicks was an incredible feeling and added that these little movements of the baby made him realise that he and Disha were going to be parents soon.
