The singer-composer, Rahul Vaidya had shot to fame after he had won the title of the first runner-up of Bigg Boss 14. He had made his television debut with the reality show, Indian Idol in the year 2004. Rahul was the second runner-up of the show, after which he continued to climb the ladder of tremendous success.

He was the anchor of the show, Jhoom India on Sahara and was also a playback singer for several films. Not only this, but Rahul had also participated in other reality singing shows like Jo Jeeta Wohi Superstar and Music Ka Maha Muqqabala. He had released his debut album, Tera Intezar in 2005. It goes without saying that, Rahul has had many offers laid in front of him in the telly world.
At present, the television star, Rahul Vaidya just wrapped up the shoot of his upcoming reality show, Khatron Ke Khiladi 11 in Cape Town. On June 21, 2021, the singer took to his IG stories to give a sneak peek from his shopping spree with the KKK11 gang. He shared a photo of two branded sunglasses that he purchased for himself, from Burberry, costing him around a total of Rs 40,000. Rahul added two starstruck and a lovestruck emoticon on the picture.
After winding up the shoot of Khatron Ke Khiladi 11, Rohit Shetty, the host of the show and a filmmaker, took to his Instagram handle to give a brief about his experience on the sets of this season. In his note, he spoke about the 42 days that he spent with not only the contestants, but also, the crew members, stunt team, and Team Colors. This reality show is one of the much-awaited shows by each one of us and we just can’t wait for it to get released.

Rohit Shetty said, “A 42-day long crazy & action-packed ride finally comes to an end! However, this season was extra special. At a time when the world is engulfed by a feeling of fear, everyone involved in this show including the crew members, team Colors, the stunt team and the contestants have shown tremendous courage and determination by making this season happen against all the odds."
Rahul Vaidya made it a point to constantly update his fans about his whereabouts with the KKK11 gang in Cape Town and also on his return to Mumbai. He treated us with glimpses of fun that he had overseas and his fans are eager to get a gist of him being back in town. While the singer was busy shooting for his new show, his fiancée, Disha Parmar was missing him.
She had taken to her IG handle to share a throwback candid picture of them, where the two were seen smiling at each other. She had captioned this adorable post as “Counting the Days now.. Can you just come back already? #countdownbegins.” On this, Rahul had jokingly responded that he was on his way back and was thinking of quitting this show as well.
