For the unversed, the duo met one another at a common awards ceremony, where they hit it off instantly. Moreover, it was a candid interaction over one morning breakfast that sealed the deal for them. Parineeti and Raghav finally tied the knot on September 24, 2023, in a destination wedding in Udaipur.
For some time now, rumours have been afire that Parineeti Chopra might be expecting her first child with hubby, Raghav Chadha. It all started when the diva was spotted quite a few times at the airport, wearing baggy outfits that covered her tummy. And now, according to a source close to the couple, there is no iota of truth at the moment regarding Parineeti’s pregnancy rumours. The insider remarked that the actress is busy shuttling between cities owing to work commitments. Moreover, the insider claimed that Parineeti prefers to keep her personal life guarded, and hasn’t delayed any of her work schedules. The report further mentioned:
“There is no truth in the pregnancy rumours. At the moment, she is hustling between several cities, sometimes for professional commitments and sometimes for personal reasons. arineeti likes to keep her private life guarded, but her actions also don’t suggest that she is pregnant. She has not pushed any of her work and shoot commitments in the future, and everything is running at the pace which was planned much earlier”.

Yet another source close to the couple stated that Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha are enjoying every moment of their marital bliss at the moment, and they aren’t expecting a child. Moreover, Parineeti is currently in Delhi, and should she have been pregnant, then she wouldn’t have stopped herself from sharing the news to both the families. The source said:
“In fact, we all met her in Delhi recently, and there was no sign of pregnancy. Had she been pregnant, she would have shared the news with both the families, which has not happened. At the moment, they both are enjoying their married life, and cherishing every single moment spent together and spent with the family. They are also focused on their work right now.”
Earlier, on December 4, 2023, Parineeti Chopra took to her IG handle and dropped a clip featuring her body transformation. Contrary to the frequent reports about the actress being pregnant, Parineeti wittily dismissed it all by revealing that she gained about 15 kgs of weight by just eating junk food, due to her film, Chamkila. The actress remarked that off lately, her life in the past six months revolved around AR Rahman's recording studio and eating junk food at home.

Previously, in an interaction with ETimes, Parineeti Chopra was asked whether she feels her marriage to Raghav Chadha would ever come in way of her dual professions. For the unversed, apart from her supremely successful stint as an actor, it was only recently that the diva followed her passion for music and debuted in the world of live performances. Coming back to her personal life hindering her professional feat, Parineeti gave a well-explained answer and said:
“Now that I am married, it doesn’t mean that I have to slow down. I wish people would not put everyone in that slot. Different people have different marriages, relationships and life. Some people work even on the day they are getting married. In our case, I am an actor, while he is a politician. We both live in different cities. So, it’s a different kind of marriage. Our marriage doesn’t affect work and work doesn’t affect our marriage. Everything has to go hand-in-hand. It is one life which has all these departments in it and all of them are simultaneously running.”
