Ex-couple, Palak Purswani and Avinash Sachdev were once counted among the most loving duos in the telly world. However, their separation left their fans heartbroken, as they were waiting for the duo to tie the knot. Now, Palak and Avinash have been making the headlines ever since they got selected as the contestants of the controversial reality show, Bigg Boss OTT season 2. While the duo did not start on a good note inside the BB house initially, now they are cordial with each other.
Now, in the latest episode of BB OTT 2, Palak Purswani was seen telling her love story with Avinash Sachdev to her co-contestants, Aaliya Siddiqui and Akanksha Puri. Akanksha and Aaliya, who were locked inside the jail, keenly listened to Palak as she revealed everything bout her love life. Revealing how she met Avinash, Palak said that they met through a common friend five years ago and added:
"We met through a common friend five years ago. She is also an actress. I'd just come out of a relationship, I'd broken up with someone four months ago. It was my habit to jump from one relationship to another, because I was very dependent. I am a people's person and I wanted to get into a relationship. Our mutual friend introduced us to each other and he asked if I am Sindhi and single. He then came up to me and asked what do you like eating, and I replied Butter Chicken and he also loves it. There were too many similarities."

Palak also narrated a funny incident from her first meeting with Avinash and recalled how he managed to take her number from their common friend and messaged her. But when she saw the message, she assumed that it was her friend, Gaurav, who messaged her and not Avinash. Talking about how she mixed up between the two, Palak said:
"I then messaged all my friends that I'm moving to another destination for the after party. He took my number from our common friend and messaged me. He arrived at the party and told me I am standing at the party and I started looking out for him. He tapped my shoulders and I asked him what he was doing at the party. Avinash told me I messaged you and I thought he was Gaurav."

Both Akanksha and Palak were all excited while listening to the story, and they couldn't stop giggling after hearing the funny incident. However, Palak then shared how serious she was about Avinash and their relationship and revealed he was calm to her storm. Mentioning that he was everything she wanted to settle for, Palak said:
"I had met a man after a long time who could take care of me. He was calm to my storm. He was everything that I wanted to settle for."
Palak's decision to stay with Avinash and her love for him made everyone wonder why the duo broke up with one another. However, Aaliya was also curious to know why the two broke up, and she ended up asking Palak about the same. To which, Palak revealed that she was the one who broke up with Avinash after she felt that she was done. She added:
"There were a few things which were non-negotiable for me. I felt I was done. We gave chances to each other. I was the one who broke up and I haven't got closure, shayad idhar mil jaaye. We were together for four and a half years."
