Palak Purswani and Jiya Shankar confronted each other on the latest episode of Bigg Boss OTT 2. The show has already been making its place in the hearts of its fans. For the unversed, the show is graced by Splitsvilla fame, Palak Purswani, her ex-best friend, Jiya Shankar. Now, in a recent episode, Palak and Jiya were seen confronting each other after the former expressed her shock when Jiya was seen making a bond with Palak's ex-beau, Avinash Sachdev. For the unversed, Palak Purswani and Jiya Shankar were best friends for four years.
The recent episode of Bigg Boss OTT 2 featured Palak and Jiya confronting each other. It was Jiya, who looked irritated as Palak was not letting her talk. Jiya claimed that Palak does the same and never listens to her. Jiya then recalled that Palak had enjoyed herself with others at the former's birthday party and even flooded her IG with posts and stories with others, while she didn't even wish her on her birthday or post anything and didn't even talk to her. Jiya could be heard saying:
"Even now you are not letting me talk, nahi sunti tu (you do not listen at all). You don't listen Palak and it is a fact. You came for my birthday party, but you went and sat with others and began partying with them. You posted pictures with them, and flooded Instagram with their posts. It was my birthday but there was no single birthday wish or post for me, you didn't even feel like talking to me."

Jiya added how the incident hurt her as she and Palak were best friends. Jiya told Palak that the latter should come and talk about it if she faced any problems with her. However, Palak mentioned that she was feeling unwanted. Moreover, Jiya again addressed another issue and said it was disturbing for her when Palak used to call a person to each gathering, with whom Jiya had broken up. Jiya said:
"I had a breakup with someone and you started calling that person to each gathering, everywhere, and all of a sudden. It was very disturbing to me."

Earlier, an episode featured Bebika, Abhishek, and Aaliya having a chitchat session with Palak in the garden area while Jiya and Avinash were discussing their own. However, Aaliya asked Palak why she and Avinash broke up. To this, Palak again hinted that her ex had cheated on her. Earlier in an interview with ETimes, Palak mentioned that 'Loyalty matters' to her the most. However, Palak said:
"Not just once, twice and I couldn’t stay with such a person...Our families were involved. We were about to get married.”
Soon after, seeing Avinash and Jiya having a discussion, Palak said that she couldn't just believe how people flip. Having said that, she mentioned that during the time she and Avinash were dating, Jiya was her best friend. For the unversed, Avinash and Palak were together for four years, but after that, they parted ways for the reasons best known to them. However, Palak added that Avinash used to say that he didn't like Jiya. Palak could be heard saying:
"This guy never liked this girl when we were together. She was my best friend for four years and he would tell me always, ‘I don’t like this girl. I don’t like her vibes.’ And now he is sitting with her… People flip like this. Do you think I am liking this situation? I am glad I am facing her back.”
