The Barbadian singer set the stage ablaze at the Ambani's soiree, and the clan was seen excitedly grooving to Rihanna's performance. However, netizens were not impressed with Rihanna's performance and called out her mediocre gig for which she charged millions.
Several pictures and videos of Rihanna's performance at Radhika Merchant and Anant Ambani's pre-wedding festivities made it to the web. Taking reference from the same, a Redditor took to the discussion platform and highlighted how the Ambanis got scammed. The user elaborated that Rihanna delivered such a mediocre performance after charging millions, where she couldn't even hit the right notes.

Taking to the comment section, other Reddit users agreed with the statement and said that Rihanna was never a great symbol, and the Ambanis knew it. They just called her as a part of their status symbol. Another chunk of netizens said that Ambanis should have called Beyonce, Shakira, Bruno Mars, Ed Shareen or Dua Lipa.
