A picture of Dhoni with Donald Trump was shared by the former’s friend, Hitesh Sanghvi on his IG handle. In the picture, Dhoni was seen is his casual attire as he smiled and posed with the former US president. Hitesh captioned the post as:
“Golf with @mahi7781, @realdonaldtrump and @rajiv.knack…….thank you mr president for hosting us.”

Soon videos of Dhoni and Donald Trump started making rounds on social media, where the former cricketer was seen having a friendly game with Mr. Trump. As the video made its way to the internet, Dhoni's fans could not keep calm and started reacting to the same. Hailing the cricketer, one of the fans wrote, “Donald Trump new member in Dhoni's fan club.” While another commented, “MS Dhoni is the Face of World Cricket even after his Retirement!!!”

Dhoni has retired from international cricket in 2020 but continues representing CSK in IPL.
