Recently, as netizens spotted the cricketer's IG handle following one of Alia Bhatt's fanpages, they put the blame on his daughter, Ziva and bashed her brutally.
On October 24, 2023, an X (formerly known as Twitter) user took to his/her handle titled Out Of Context Cricket or @GemsOfCricket, shared two screengrabs from MS Dhoni's official Instagram handle. In the first picture, we can get a glimpse of the cricketer's IG profile, which had 5 followers. Upon opening the list of the IG handles that Mahi was following, we can spot one of Alia Bhatt's fanpages. Check out:

As soon as the screengrabs were shared on social media, netizens were quick to comment their hearts out. A few netizens mentioned that this is common for everyone and that Mahi might have mistakenly followed Alia Bhatt's fanpage. However, a section of netizens blamed his daughter, Ziva and mentioned that she might have done this. One user wrote, "Ziva ke hath me de Diya kya phone." Well, it seems the cricketer himself or his team has taken possible actions against the same. Now, upon opening Mahi's official IG handle, only 4 accounts can be seen listed in the 'following section'. Moreover, the fanpage of Alia Bhatt is also not followed now.

Mahendra Singh Dhoni is a doting daddy, who never misses a chance to spend quality time with his dearest daughter. For instance, on May 9, 2023, the official Instagram handle of the IPL team, Chennai Super Kings, took to its IG feed and dropped an adorable video from the training camp. The video featured MS and his daughter, Ziva playing football on the stadium ground. The duo indeed shelled some major father-daughter goals at the stadium. For her fun game session, Ziva looked cute in a grey-coloured butterfly-printed t-shirt teamed with black shorts, while Mahi was in his IPL team's jersey.
