Indian cricketer, Mohammed Shami made everyone go gaga with his exceptional talent of bowling skills in the ICC World CUP 2023. However, India could not win the final match, and their aim to become the world champions again remained unfulfilled from so close. The successive ten wins of team India throughout the tournament made everyone hope that this year, the World Cup trophy will be lifted by none other than the men in blue. But the wheel of fate didn't work in favour of the team. However, while everyone is utterly heartbroken, it's Mohammed Shami's estranged wife, Hasin Jahan's cryptic post that raised many eyebrows.
Hasin Jahan is quite active on her social media handle, and she often gives her fans a little sneak peek into her life. It was soon after India lost the ICC World Cup 2023 that Hasin took to her IG handle and dropped a reel featuring a cryptic message. Although, the purpose behind such a video cannot be determined, netizens in the comment section started thinking that it was a dig at Mohammed Shami. The background music can be heard as:
"Akhir main achhe log jaroor jitte hai."

However, following the video, Shami's estranged wife, Hasin Jahan dropped two cryptic picture notes. In one of the notes, it was written that "if my prayers are so much effective, then one can only imagine what is the effect of her curses as well. Everyone knows that prayers and curses take time to be effective". Yet, in another picture note, Hasin stated that her enemy tried to defame her. On the contrary, she is now so famous that she will be remembered after her demise. There is no denying the fact that such cryptic posts instantly grabbed a lot of attention.
It was back on November 8, 2023, when, in an interview with News Nation, Hasin Jahan was asked about Mohammed Shami's achievements. To this, Hasin first said that she is least interested in knowing details about cricket as she is not a fan. She further added that if Mohammed Shami is performing well, then it is only good for their future. In the concluding segment of her interview, Hasin congratulated team India and showered best wishes on the boys, but she refused to wish luck to Shami.

As per a report by India Today, in another interview, Hasin Jahan said that she wishes Shami could be a good father and a husband as he is a good player. She said if Shami were a good person and a father, she would be living a happy life with him and their daughter. She said:
"If he were also a good person, as good a player as he is, we could have led a good life. My daughter, my husband, and I could have led a happy life if he were a good person. And it would be even more a matter of respect and honour if he were not only a good player but also a good husband and a good father."
