Manushi Chillar, the pride of India, won the heart of the nation after she won the Miss World pageant in 2017. Since then, there's been no looking back for her. The diva certainly knows how to steal the show with her charming personality and brilliance. Manushi made her debut in Bollywood with Samrat Prithviraj in 2022. Earlier this year, Manushi left everyone in awe of her soon after she made her ever-so-gorgeous debut at the 76th Cannes Film Festival. And now she is all set to make a comeback with Vicky Kaushal's movie, The Great Indian Family. However, recently, Vicky and Manushi appeared on Kaun Banega Crorepati. During the show, Manushi walked down the memory lane and opened up about getting emotional before bagging the Miss World crown.
In the show, Manushi was asked about the question and the answer that made her bag the Miss World crown. For those who don't know, during the finale of Miss World 2017, Manushi was asked which profession she thinks should be paid the highest salary in the world. To this, the diva answered that she thinks Moms should receive the highest salary in the world. Coming back to KBC, while explaining her previous answer, Manushi mentioned that one should receive a lot of love and respect for the work they do, and it's not just money, but the mothers should be given more respect and standing in society. While justifying her brilliant answer, Manushi said:
"I said, in the world only a mother must get the highest salary in any profession. You get a lot of respect and love from the work you do. It’s not just about the money but the respect and the standing in the society should be given more to the mothers.”

Further, in the show, Manushi recalled her crown-winning moment. The diva stated that she was after she came up to the stage she was finding her family members in the audience. The diva shared that as soon as she saw her mom's face in the audience, she got overwhelmed. For the unversed, it was Manushi's mom, who inspired her to take steps toward her dreams. However, Manushi went on to say that she was so emotional during that time that even if she was asked who is the president of India, she would have taken her mom's name. Manushi mentioned:
"My mother had encouraged me a lot to participate in the pageant and maybe I got more emotional and that’s why I took her name. Shayad us waqt koi mujhse ye bhi puchta ki India ka president kaun hai to main apni ma hi bolti."
Earlier, in an interview with the Hindustan Times, Manushi Chillar revealed some unheard anecdotes from her life. The actress said that after winning the Miss World crown, she worked really hard to complete her medical entrance in college as she always wanted to be a doctor. But since destiny had other plans, she had to leave her medical studies midway, and she ended up in the glamour world.

Apart from Manush's professional career, her personal life has also grabbed a lot of attention lately. For those who don't know, the actress has been speculated to be dating Zerodha founder, Nikhil Kamath. However, none of the duo confirmed such news or talked about the same. A month ago, reports were rife that Manushi and Nikhil had broken up, and the latter reportedly found his love interest in Rhea Chakraborty.
