Bollywood actor, Adhyayan Suman and Splitzvilla fame, Maera Mishra were rumoured to be dating for about two years. However, the couple had confirmed their relationship last year after the lockdown. Now, in her recent interview, Maera Mishar confirmed that she and Adhyayan have parted ways. Scroll down to know more!
In an interview with the Times of India, Maera Mishra confirmed her split with Adhyayan Suman and said, "Yes, we broke up in November. Though Adhyayan has been posting breakup stories on his Instagram account, I would like to clarify that those posts aren't for me. They are for his song." For the uninitiated, Adhyayan shared his new song, Anyone, on March 10, 2021, and he had also shared his song, Ahsan Mand, earlier this week.
Talking about what went wrong between the two, Maera said, "I was very serious about this relationship and thought that this one was for keeps, but it wasn't meant to be. Things failed to work out between us. I fell in love with a different man. Once I started living with him, I realised that he was quite different from what I had expected. There was also a communication gap. We barely spoke to each other for almost two months as I got busy with the shoot of my TV show and he was shooting for his project. All I want to say at this point is that I am now averse to dating anyone associated with the industry."
Talking about their relationship, the couple was quite vocal about their love for each other, which was pretty evident on their social media handles. On Maera's birthday on April 17, 2019, her doting boyfriend, Adhyayan had shared a picture with her and had written, "Hey sunshine happy bday @maeramishra ..u r special ! God bless u .. spread light and love the way you do every single day in my our lives .. love and hugs .AS #soniyoforever." To which, Maera had lovingly replied with a comment that had stated, "Thanks for making my birthday so special Thanks for being there in every situation, You are the best person I've ever met, You are all that I ever wanted, You are perfect. Earlier, in an interview with the Bombay Times, Maera had revealed how she had fallen in love with Adhyayan and had said, "I had a huge crush on him when I watched him in Raaz — The Mystery Continues. I interacted with him on social media and met him soon after. We hit it off instantly and became good friends. I actually tried to play cupid between him and a friend, but gave up soon. He is such a nice guy that I wanted to keep him for me (laughs!). He respects women and is grounded."
She had further mentioned how their bond is growing strong and had added, "We share a great bond and are going with the flow. Yes, I like him, but I don't want to give our relationship a tag, yet. Any girl would want a friend like him. I would say that our relationship is beyond definitions. We will stand by each other in every situation. So, if you call it love, then yes, I do love him. Having said that, we are still trying to get to know each other and I want to know him well before I go all out with it. Also, I want the focus to be on my work at the moment."
