Kriti Kharbanda and Pulkit Samrat first crossed paths when they were filming Pagalpanti, their love blossomed thereafter. The duo has mostly kept their relationship under wraps, occasionally sharing titbits about themselves on social media. Moreover, in the last few months, reports suggested that Kriti and Pulkit would get married in March 2024. And so they did! On March 15, 2024, the two lovebirds embarked on their forever journey.
Amidst Kriti and Pulkit’s wedding glimpses, an old video of the Shaadi Mein Zaroor Aana actress has been going viral. During an interaction on the show, The Male Feminist, Kriti revealed that Pulkit used to carry sanitary napkins and tampons in his bag all the time. Sharing more details about this gesture of Pulkit, the actress revealed:
“The first time I met Pulkit, we were not even friends, we were co-stars, and I remember I got my period, he’s someone who actually carries tampons and sanitary pads in his bag at all times.”

Kriti mentioned that this habit of Pulkit attracted her very much. She further added that, to date, the actor carries sanitary pads and tampons in his bag. The actress also said that she wasn't highlighting this quality of Pulkit because she was dating him, but she noticed it even before they were in a relationship. Moreover, Kriti called herself “blessed” to have the right kind of men around her.
This clip from the video was recently shared by Hauterrfly on their Instagram page, and since then, it has garnered quite some attention from the netizens. While a section tagged Pulkit as a ‘green flag’, others found it shady. One user wrote, “He a guy who carries tampons at all times that’s a red flag for me.” Another one said, “Maybe I am cynical, but this sounds like a tactic of a manipulative person to seem like a "good guy". Again maybe I am wrong, but these sounds kind of shady.” A third netizen mentioned, “I’ve literally heard this for the first time. I have never seen a man do that so I couldn’t even possibly imagine of something like this being done by a man. It’s really so thoughtful.”

During the same conversation, Kriti Kharbanda talked about an untoward incident when someone requested to click a picture with her. The actress said that the person stood beside her, and had put his arm around her. Kriti was quick to ask the person to move his arm, but the man, instead, pinched her and ran away. She revealed being in shock after this happened and said that it’s very upsetting when someone touches her without any consent. Sharing more about the incident, Kriti said:
“Ek bar mere saath hua ki kisi ne mere saath photo khichwane ke liye bola, I’ve never spoken this, I said ‘Yeah, sure’ and he came and stood next to me, and he tried to put his arm around me, and I said, ‘Bhaiyya kya kar rahe ho, haath aage karo’ toh usne na mujhe bohot zor se chuti kaati, and I got a bloos clot, and he ran. I didn’t know how to react, I was very shocked and taken aback. It’s so upsetting when someone tries to touch you without your consent.”
