Masaba Gupta is one of the leading fashion designers in India. The talented individual was born to Indian actress, Neena Gupta and West Indies cricketer, Vivian Richards. Raised by a single parent, Masaba also worked in shows like Modern Love: Mumbai, and Masaba Masaba and bagged a lot of praise and fame for the same. However, recently an old video of the gorgeousness on Kareena Kapoor's show went viral, wherein she was seen opening up about online trolling, body-shaming, colourism, etc. However, while talking, both of them used the n-word' which made them the target of massive trolling.
An old video of 2020, from Kareena Kapoor's chat show, What Women Want went viral, featuring Masaba Gupta. In the short video that has been doing rounds on Twitter, we can see the duo talking about colourism in particular. Masaba can be heard saying:
"But you know, with me, the thing is that anything to do with black people... you know you get called negro, which by the way is now a word that is banned in most places."

Soon after that, Kareena used the n-word casually and said, "Or n***** for that matter is banned." However, Kareena's use of such words irked the netizens instantly. Reacting to the old video, now internet users started trolling the actress.
Reacting to the video, one user wrote, "This is how privileged people discuss racism. Casually and bigger shock is that they are surprised to see racist words are banned in the most places." Another user took to the comment section to write, "She shouldn’t say the N-word man. All the Lavanya’s will be baffled." Another comment can be read as "SHUT THE WOKE UP SHE'S NOT IN USA". Another netizen slammed the actress by saying, "Bollywood Celebrities are the designated dumbest people in the history of mankind and that's an understatement." Check out the comments below:

It is not the first time that an old video has gone viral, and the actress became the target of trolling. Earlier, a video from the set of Koffee With Karan went massively viral on the discussion platfrom, Reddit. In the video, Karan was seen asking Kareena about her opinion on Sonakshi Sinha's alternative career, if not acting. She also mentioned that she feels that Sonakshi is a 'housewife' type.
Later, another segment of the old video from Koffee With Karan went viral, where Shahid Kapoor and Sonakshi Sinha could be seen gracing the couch. It was Karan who then mentioned Kareena's comment on Sonakshi. It was Shahid who gave a befitting reply to the same by saying Sonakshi can do much more than just a housewife. Moreover, the video of Kareena claiming Sonakshi to be a housewife didn't go well with the netizens, who started slamming the actress for the same.
