Ira and Nupur exchanged rings in November 2022. And now, the couple's happiness knows no bounds as they kickstarted their pre-wedding rituals. Ira, being a social butterfly, has been providing us with an opportunity to witness glimpses of her special days. And again, Ira posted some adorable glimpses from one of her pre-wedding festivities.
Taking to her IG handle, on November 6, 2023, Aamir Khan's daughter, Ira Khan dropped cutesy photos with the love of her life, Nupur Sikhare, as they seemingly attended their pre-wedding ritual or festive. Ira, in the photo, can be seen wearing a red-hued saree featuring golden embroidery work on the borders. Ira teamed her saree with a sleeveless black blouse. The diva can be seen wearing flower ornaments, including a neckpiece and a pair of dainty earrings. A soft touch of makeup, including a dewy base, classy strokes of eyeliner, and light-shaded lipstick, added stars to her look. A red bindi on her forehead surely enhanced the 'bride-to-be' charm on the diva's face.

Yet, in another photo, we can witness a mushy moment between the soon-to-be-married couple, Nupur Sikhare and Ira Khan. In the photo, Ira can be seen giving a peck of love on her beau's face, and oh boy, how sweet is that! Talking about Nupur's ensemble, he can be seen wearing a mustard-yellow-hued kurta with red stripes on it.
It was back on November 3, 2023, when Ira Khan and Nupur Sikhare kickstarted their pre-wedding festival with the kelvan ceremony. For the unversed, the kelvan ceremony is a Maharashtrian culture in which the bride and groom's family get together and bless the couple. However, for the special occasion, Ira opted for a beautiful pink leheriya saree and looked every bit elegant. On the other hand, Nupur looked handsome in a printed kurta paired with denim pants.
For the unversed, it was a month ago when Ira Khan's doting papa, Aamir Khan revealed the confirmed date of Ira Khan's wedding. The actor said his daughter will be married on January 3, 2024. Aamir also mentioned that on the day Ira would tie the knot, he would be super emotional and might cry.

Earlier, in an interview with India Today, Ira Khan opened up about her wedding plans with the love of her life, Nupur. Ira talked about her excitement for her wedding while mentioning that she hates heat, which is why she chose a winter wedding. Regarding the reason behind choosing the day 'January 3' for her and Nupur's wedding, Ira said the day holds significance for them, as on that day, they first met and went out on a date.
