For those who don't know, Ileana announced her pregnancy news on April 2023, and it was on August 1, 2023, when the diva welcomed her son, whom she named Koa Phoenix Dolan. Ever since Ileana became a mom, she has been sharing priceless glimpses of her baby boy, and yet the same happened again as Koa Pheonix turned three months old.
Taking to her IG stories, birthday girl and doting mom, Ileana D'Cruz dropped a cutesy photo with her baby boy, Koa Phoenix Dolan. In the monochromatic photo, we can see Ileana's baby boy holding his mom's hands adorably. In the photo, we can also have a glimpse of the diva's engagement ring, and it's heart-melting. Sharing the photo, Ileana wrote:
"3 months... Someone slow down time for me."

It was back on October 13, 2023, when Ileana D’Cruz dropped a cute photo with her baby boy, Koa Phoenix Dolan, as the mom-son duo went out for a brunch date for the first time. For the day, Ileana slipped into a white hued-outfit featuring a thing high slit. With a denim jacket, a black cool hat, and a pair of crisp white sneakers, Ileana completed her uber-cool look for the day. Moreover, it was the baby boy who grabbed all the limelight. Although in the photo, we couldn't see the face of Koa, we can see his teeny-tiny legs adorned with tiny shoes as he was in his crib, and it was all things cute.
On August 5, 2023, Ileana D'Cruz took to her IG handle and announced the arrival of her baby boy in the cutest way possible. With a photo that featured the little one's face, Ileana revealed that he was born on August 1, 2023. The diva also revealed his baby boy's unique name.
Soon after Ileana D'Cruz announced her pregnancy news, netizens rushed to the comment section to ask her about the identity of the father. Ileana, who prefers to keep her personal life under wraps, prefers to keep mum on the same. It was during her baby moon when, in one of the photos, Ileana could be seen flaunting her engagement ring. Soon after that, she dropped a blurry photo with a mystery man and penned a long note. Eventually, the diva finally revealed the face of the mystery man on July 17, 2023, when she dropped a picture from their dinner date.

Later, a report by DNA suggested that Ileana's mystery man's name is Michale Dolan. The report also stated that the much-in-love couple is already married, and they tied the knot on May 13, 2023, four weeks after Ileana had announced her pregnancy. As per the report, the actress had shared a picture of herself donning a white bridal dress around the same time.
