Interestingly, this penthouse came into existence after merging four flats on the upper floor of the building.

The balcony garden area of the four-bedroom house spans over 2500 sqft. With artificial grass flooring and ample space, it makes for a very relaxing corner. The cricketer and his wife, Natasa Stankovic have often shared images from their garden area, on their social media handles. Hardik usually spends his time on the lawn playing different games with his brothers and friends. On the other hand, his wife has also shared some beautiful moments with their son, Agastya, on her social media. The Pandya family also spends a fun day on weekends, doing interesting activities together.
Hardik’s bedroom is a reflection of his personality and style. With predominantly blue colour and tints of grey, the bedroom ‘bleeds blue’. Hardik’s elder brother, Krunal Pandya’s bedroom, has a blend of beige, orange, and yellow colours. The cosy room is well-lit with spotlights and pendant lighting, which is the exciting element of his room. There is a king-size bed with a painting of seven galloping horses overhead. Moreover, the bright colours of the room give positivity and warmth to the room. One of the walls displays the pictures of the brother-duo, showing the lovable bond shared by the siblings. However, there is a giant TV unit on the opposite side of the bed, and the couch adds to the space. Apart from that, there’s an ample storage space with a concealed wardrobe. To add comfort and tranquillity, the designer chose off-white and brown colours for the parents’ bedroom. The beautiful paintings and attractive flowers add positivity to the room. The striped wallpaper behind the bed and the minimal décor makes the space aesthetic. In addition, the expansive room also has a large closet.

Apart from the two showstoppers’ and their parent’s room, the massive penthouse also has a guest room for their guests to stay. Just like every other room in the house, this room also imparts comfort and luxury. With grey and blue hues, the spacious room has a bed and a giant TV unit. The side tables, lamps, and couches complement the overall interior of the room. Moreover, the room also has more than sufficient storage space.
The Pandya brothers have a massive living area where they are often seen playing indoor cricket or posing for a photograph. The living room has showcases adorned with trophies and awards, which the brother-duo have received for their outstanding performance in cricket. Apart from that, the minimal décor includes some paintings and contemporary décor items. The vibrant stripe textured sofa, wooden furniture, and soothing colour combination make the living room lively. In addition, the comfortable lounging sofa is a treat for tired cricketers after a hectic day.
With a contemporary and classic theme, the dining area of the penthouse is welcoming. The chandelier fixture is the statement piece of the zone and highlights it perfectly. The family often has their intimate celebrations in the dining room and post the pictures on their social media handles.
Both the Pandya brothers are crazy about movies, and their own home theatre is a proof. The giant theatre has sufficient space for a movie night with their friends and family.
