Deepika Padukone and her husband, Ranveer Singh never shy away from setting major relationship goals for their fans. For the unversed, Deepika and Ranveer got married in 2018 after a long year of courtship. Now and then, we see Ranveer talking about his marital bliss. However, the duo has been together for ten years in total, and without a doubt, they are the epitome of a match made in heaven. Both the actors always managed to keep their love life under wraps when they were dating or fell in love with each other. But now, in a recent interview, actor, Gulshan Devaiah spilt the beans about how the duo fell in love with each other on the sets of their first film together, Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram Leela.
In a recent interview with Bollywood Hungama, Gulshan Devaiah revealed how Deepika and Ranveer feel head-over-the-heels in love with each other on the set of their first film together. Talking about the same, Gulshan shared that they didn't notice anything in the initial period of the shoot, even after the much-in-love duo had done two or three songs together. Gulshan shared that they observed Deepika seated on Ranveer's lap during the second schedule in Udaipur. Elaborating on Deepika and Ranveer's chemistry, Gulshan shared:
"First schedule mein toh humne kuch nahi dekha. Second schedule laga tha Udaipur mein, aur wahan pe notice kiya, arey godi mein baithi hai yeh, kya hogaya yeh. Humne toh notice hee nahi kiya tha guru. Yeh kab hogaya. Gaana-waana song sequence do-teen karwaye they, tab toh kuch nahin dikha humein, aake apna kaam karke chali jaati thi."

For the unversed, Gulshan played the role of 'Bhavani' in Ram Leela. However, in the same interview, the actor shared that Ranveer was smitten with Deepika from the beginning and must have pursued her passionately.
Earlier in an interview for Times cover on May 10, 2023, Deepika Padukone was surprised as her hubby, who was shooting next door, paid a visit to her during her interview. In the same interview, the actress shared that Ranveer is her happy place. Sharing how they enjoyed their Bhutan trip this year, the actress shared she enjoyed walks, sightseeing, and eating during their holiday trip. While talking about her relationship with her hubby, Deepika mentioned that Ranveer is her happy place, and she feels the "most vulnerable self" whenever she is with him.

Deepika and Ranveer chose to keep their relationship under wraps and never talked about the same, but their mushy PDA on social media was enough to setal the hearts. Once talking about her relationship with Ranveer, Deepika, in an interview with Filmfare 2018, shared that she was pretty much emotionally invested in them, and she was sure about him since the beginning and never broke up in their six years of courtship.
Ranveer Singh fell in love with DP on the set of Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram Leela. Soon after, he made his better half fall in love with him. The duo started dating in 2012, and after six years, they hopped onto the forever journey on November 14, 2018. After the celebrity duo exchanged vows in a lowkey wedding soiree in Itlay, the couple hosted two grand reception parties in Bengaluru and Mumbai.
