Esha Deol and her half-sibling, Sunny Deol have been hitting all the headlines since the time the former couldn't grace the latter's son, Karan's wedding. Although it left people speculating about whether everything is okay between the sibling duo and Dharmendra's two families, we can't deny the fact that Esha and Sunny share a loving bond. Ever since Sunny's latest movie, Gadar 2, made it to the silver screens, Esha never really missed a chance to heap praises on her half-sibling. And now, in a recent interview, the gorgeousness talked about what kind of equation she shares with her step-brothers and also revealed how they celebrate rakhi.
In a recent interview with Filmygyan, Esha Deol was asked how she celebrates Rakhi. To this, the actress revealed that they have been following some beautiful traditions on this particular day. Esha stated that ever since she was a kid, she has been tying Rakhi to Sunny and Bobby Deol every year. The actress also shared that as a kid she would even tie Rakhi to her dad, Dharmendra. Calling it sweet, Esha also shared that she would even get a decent amount from her brothers and dad. Esha can be quoted as saying:
"Yeah, usually it's a beautiful tradition that we follow, we always look forward to it. Even as kids you know. And for some reason as kids, we would tie rakhi even to my dad, which was very sweet. So from him and the brothers, I would get a nice amount, a decent amount."

Further, in the interview, Esha was asked how much amount of money she gets from her father and brothers for tying Rakhi to them. To this, Esha shared that she has many more brothers right now as she is now married, and there are a lot more in-laws brothers of hers, and she gets a decent amount from them as shagun. When the host asked if the amount crosses lakhs, the actress stated that she actually doesn't spend the money she gets as shagun.

In Hema Malini's biography, Beyond the Dreamgirl, Esha stated that every year on the holy occasion of Raksha Bandhan, she ties Rakhi to her step-brothers, Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol. But she doesn't want the world to know about it. The actress also mentioned that she sees her Sunny bhaiya as a father figure and called him a good and innovative person. Esha mentioned that the Deol family doesn't believe in showing off their relationship to the world.

It very recently happened that on August 12, 2023, Esha Deol hosted a private screening of Sunny Deol's movie, Gadar 2. It was attended by the close friends and family of the Deol clan. The screening was graced by Ahana and Bobby. Moreover, for the first time ever, the four half-siblings posed together for a happy picture for the awaiting shutterbugs at the event.
