One X user shared the picture and mentioned, "An average PETA activist". Another user commented, "Rishi, you dont know, these were all vegetarian animals."
However, it must be mentioned that Dia has already declared that she wasn't a vegetarian by birth. Instead, she turned into a vegetarian after becoming an adult and now follows that wholeheartedly. Moreover, she has also clearly mentioned that she sometimes cooks non-vegetarian foods for her family but never consumes the same. For instance, on May 15, 2023, when Dia's son, Avyaan turned two years old, the doting mommy shared an array of glimpses of pictures from her son's nature-themed birthday bash on her IG handle. For the same, Dia was seen holding Avyaan in her arms while cutting his second birthday cake that featured animals like a giraffe, elephant, monkey, and lion as cake toppings. The party had kid-friendly activities like colouring the sheets and playing with the small animal toys. Moreover, everyone sat on mats, and it was a sustainable birthday party with zero waste. The actress revealed the same and wrote:
