Deepika Padukone is making India proud across the world. So far, she has represented India as one of the juries at Cannes 2022, she made us proud by presenting an award at the Oscars in 2023 and she has also unveiled the trophy of the FIFA 2022, leaving everyone surprised. And now, Deepika is all set to be a presenter at the BAFTA Film Awards at London's Royal Festival Hall. The event will telecasted in the UK on the BBC and will also be streamed in the USA.
For the event, Deepika chose to show off her Indianness in a saree. She selected a gorgeous shimmery saree from the ace designer, Sabyasachi Mukherjee. For Deepika, Sabyasachi is her favourite designer, as he was the one who designed her wedding lehenga. Coming back to Deepika's look, her stylist, Shaleena Nathani styled her saree with a strapless blouse.

Deepika kept her look chic with subtle makeup, soft kohl-filled eyes, nude pink lipstick and a messy bun. She ditched the statement accessories and instead opted for a dainty pair of earrings that added the necessary glam to her look.
Deepika knows how to experiment with saree. At Cannes 2022, Deepika wore a saree from the shelves of the ace designer, Sabyasachi Mukherjee. While, we loved her retro look, which she accentuated with sheeshpatti and danglers, netizens gave a thumbs down to it. Deepika's makeup became a subject of massive trolling. The gorgeousness opted for a bold eyeliner look that covered her eyelids, and black nail paint.
Earlier, Ranveer Singh shared that he felt super proud to witness his wife, Deepika Padukone unveiling the trophy. He called the FIFA World Cup in Qatar, 'grand and glorious', and shared that he was happy to be there with his wife, Deepika. The doting husband added how proud he was to see his wife unveil the trophy with a player he truly admires.
Ranveer also addressed how he feels when people don't recognise him at big events. However, when Ranveer attended the Formula 1 race in Abu Dhabi, a journalist, Martin Brundle asked the actor to introduce himself. The actor, without feeling uncomfortable, answered, "I'm a Bollywood actor, and I hail from Mumbai, India. I am an entertainer." Ranveer further recalled the incident, and how it created a huge buzz on social media. He shared that the journalist asked him a simple question, and he didn't overthink it.
