Television actress, Chhavi Mittal has been putting on a brave face ever since she was diagnosed with breast cancer. The gorgeous actress kept her calm throughout her journey from accepting the cancer news to getting ready for her surgery. A day ago, Chhavi had shared a video while working out on her Instagram handle. Alongside it, she had quipped that she had asked her doctor to postpone the surgery as she wanted to get abs while she lies on the hospital bed. She had written:
"I asked my doctor how much I can delay the surgery. He asked me, “do you have something you need to take care of?" I told him, “no I just wanna have abs on the Operation table”. His jaw dropped in disbelief till he got the joke! I’m really glad that I’m blessed to be able to prep for this big surgery in this state of mind, and also glad that my doc gets my warped sense of humour!"

On April 25, 2022, Mohit took to his Instagram handle and shared the first picture of Chhavi post her breast cancer surgery. Alongside it, he penned a heartfelt note for her. He revealed that Chhavi had made the difficult period easy for their family with her positive attitude. He wrote:
"I always knew you are amazing but in the past few days you have amazed me beyond any words. You have made this difficult period easy for all of us, you have been the pillar from where I draw my strength. Thank you for being so brave. I love you the most and am standing right beside you through everything that life throws at us. Ps: your smile is infectious."
After getting admitted to the hospital, Chhavi had shared a hilarious video from the hospital room, wherein she was seen dancing. However, it was her husband, Mohit, who caught her while she was busy recording her dance move. Alongside the video, Chhavi had written:
"Doc said, Chhavi…. You need to chill! So I’m chilling."
