Mother is a synonym of an angel, who sacrifices her sleep, body, food and at times career, to be with her little wonder of joy. She nurtures her little baby inside her tummy for nine months and takes care of their every need once they arrive. And the pain of losing a little baby just after the delivery can never be described in words. A mother dies a million deaths when she hears the news of her little baby struggling for life. And Bollywood actress, Celina Jaitly has gone through a similar pain of losing a baby just after delivery. Before we take you further into the story, let us take a look back at Celina's married life. It was in the year 2011 when Celina Jaitly had settled down with hotelier, Peter Haag in Austria. Since then, she is enjoying every second of being a homemaker and a multitasker mom. She often shares snippets of her life on her Instagram handle.
On November 18, 2020, Celina took to her Instagram handle and shared the heartbreaking story of losing one of her twins right after birth. The actress shared the pain of seeing her one baby in the NICU and making funeral arrangements for her other baby. She wrote, "The World Prematurity Day was created on November 17, 2011, to raise awareness for the millions of children every year who are born prematurely. Premature birth is a very serious health problem, but there is hope and light at the end of the tunnel too. While nothing can prepare parents for how it feels to have a baby in neonatal care, it can be a huge support to know other families have been where they are now."
Celina further shared that faith can make anything possible, "To the parents currently in the NICU, @haag.peter and I can assure you that things do get better and that the future is so exciting. Remember lots of Kangaroo care, breast milk, putting your faith in your doctors and love can work miracles. Remember lots of Kangaroo care, breast milk, putting your faith in your doctors and love can work miracles. We went through immense heartache with one baby in NICU and funeral arrangements for his twin whom we lost to a congenital heart problem, but we survived on hope and amazing care of NICU nurses and NICU Doctors in Dubai who worked tirelessly with us to make sure @arthurjhaag comes back home with us. While many preterm babies still carry a huge vulnerability to develop medical challenges or life-threatening circumstances, many do grow up to become completely healthy individuals, with some even becoming notable public figures such as Winston Churchill and Albert Einstein and of course our own Arthur Jaitly Haag. Keep your love and blessings coming for Artu and don’t forget to read up on how you can prevent/support premature babies." For those who don't know, Celina and Peter were blessed with twins for the second time on September 10, 2018. However, one of their sons, Samsher Jaitly Haag couldn't survive and left the world. In an interview with the IANS, Celina had talked about the same, and had said, "It’s all just so difficult to deal with. I’ve been trying to keep it together since papa passed away. After all that we have been through, all I can say is we have immense gratitude that the universe didn’t leave our arms empty. It’s just too painful to talk about.”
She had further added, "I only wish Dad and Shamsher would send a sign. It’s been a challenging last two months. Arthur is the light at the end of our dark tunnel. It’s difficult to talk about Shamsher but I want to thank everyone for the joy they shared for Arthur and the sorrow they expressed for Shamsher. I hope pain one day turns into beautiful memories till then please bless my family." (Don't Miss: Sara Ali Khan's Reaction To Her Brother, Ibrahim Ali Khan Being A Mamma's Boy Is Every Sister Ever!)
