Dharmendra and his family have been a constant topic of discussion in the media. Recently, the veteran actor stormed the internet with his passionate kiss with Shabana Azmi in the film, Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani. Meanwhile, his elder son, Sunny Deol, broke all the box office records with the success of Gadar 2. Moreover, Sunny and Bobby Deol also graced Karan Johar's talk show, Koffee With Karan 8, and made headlines for their shocking revelations.
Keeping up with garnering the limelight, Bobby Deol shared a rare and unseen picture of his sister, Ajeeta. On November 9, 2023, the actor dropped a picture of Ajeeta Deol posing with their darling daddy, Dharmendra, on the joyous occasion of her birthday. In the picture, the father-daughter duo was seen sharing a cosy side hug as the camera clicked them. While Ajeeta looked pretty in a yellow-hued outfit, Dharmendra donned a blue and white checkered shirt. Sharing the picture, Bobby penned:
"Hey Ajeeta, happy birthday. Love you most."

Soon after Bobby dropped the adorable picture on his IG handle, his dad, Dharmendra, was quick to react to it. The doting daddy poured love on his darling baby girl, Ajeeta and penned, "Love you my darling baby". Well, not just this, he also dropped another comment to wish his daughter on her special day, which can be read as:
"Happy Birthday Annuan. Jeetie raho khush raho sehatmand raho, my darling baby."
In an interview with the Deccan Chronicle in 2013, Sunny Deol was asked about the reason behind the women of the Deol household staying away from the spotlight. To which, the Darr actor gave a quick and pertinent reply and clarified that it was their own decision. Sunny shared that neither he nor his father, Dharmendra, ever forced the women of their family to follow any rules, it is their own call. Talking about the same, he said:
“Neither my mother nor my wife was forced to stay away from the limelight. My wife is her own person. She has always had the liberty to make her own decisions. To not make public appearances is her own call. Like I said, neither my father (Dharmendra) nor I have forced the women in our family to follow our rules.”

Dharmendra got married to Prakash Kaur quite early in his life, as the duo was all but 19 years old. The couple had an arranged marriage in 1954. The couple is blessed with four kids, which includes two sons, Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol and two daughters, Vijeta and Ajeeta. At the time of their wedding, Dharmendra had not entered into the world of films. And while he went on to become a prominent face, his wife, Prakash Kaur kept out of the limelight for reasons best known to her.
