Arbaaz Khan helmed the limelight for quite a considerable period of time recently, after he got married for a second time to talented makeup artist, Sshura Khan on December 24, 2023. The actor-turned-producer was earlier married to actress, Malaika Arora and the couple is blessed with a son, Arhaan. However, it was back in 2017 when the duo got divorced, thereby ending 19 years of marital relationship. Moving on in his life, Arbaaz tied the knot with Sshura, and the duo are living some of the best moments of their life together.
In a recent interaction with ETimes, Arbaaz Khan shared tidbits of his love story with wifey, Sshura Khan. The actor remarked that people have been quite shocked to learn about his second marriage, while on the contrary, he has been in a relationship with Sshura for a long time. Arbaaz claimed that the two of them continued to date one another in complete secrecy, without getting papped anytime by the paparazzi. As a result, the news of his marriage with Sshura came as quite a shocker for everyone around. In his words:
“People might be shocked or surprised over it, but we had been dating for over a year before we took the step… we were very sure about what we were doing. We were very lucky, we were meeting outside at coffee shops and when I used to go to pick her up or drop, no one would spot us. And she was happy that that there were no paps here, but now, even before I enter a coffee shop, the paps are there.”

In another segment of the interaction, Arbaaz Khan talked about how it was on the shooting floor of his upcoming film, Patna Shukla that he crossed paths with his wifey, Sshura Khan. Back at the time, the latter was the makeup artist of the film’s protagonist, Raveena Tandon. Talking about it, Arbaaz stated that initially, he only had limited conversation with Sshura, that was in reference to Raveena’s hairstyle and makeup requirements for the shoot. Adding how the film has been extra special for him in many ways, Arbaaz said:
“The film turned out to be special for more reasons than one. It was always a special film even before I got to know that someone like Sshura even existed, as I met her only on the sets for the first time, before that I had never heard about her or met her. She was with Raveena Tandon for 7-8 years and when we were working on the sets, she was doing her thing, and I was doing mine. The only communication we had was Raveena ke baal theek kardo or hi and hello etc. And once the film was over and we met for a few film meetings and wrap up party. It was there we had little conversations which then led to more conversations and meetings.”
Earlier, during his presence on the reality show, Madness Machayenge: India Ko Hasayenge, Arbaaz Khan gave a sassy reply when comedian, Harsh Gujral made a joke on his second marriage, at the age of 56. In defence, Arbaaz gave a witty reply and remarked that he had set a benchmark in this way, so that many others like him can give love a second chance, even if it is too late in their lives.

Previously, in an interview with Pinkvilla, Arbaaz Khan spilled beans on his family’s reaction to the news of his second marriage with Sshura Khan. He mentioned that initially, none of his family members were aware about him dating Sshura. However, once they got to know, they were more than happy to bless them for a happy union. In his words:
“Initially, they didn’t know. They knew I was just meeting someone, but when they realised that this is a huge step that I am taking, they were more than happy. In moments like these, you have the support of your loved ones because they know these decisions are made between two mature people.”
