Amrita Rao and Anmol had announced their pregnancy in the third trimester, just before entering the ninth month, and since then, their fans have been waiting for glimpses of the to-be parents. A couple of days ago, Amrita was snapped by the paparazzi during her visit to the clinic. As Amrita had stepped out, she exuded pregnancy glow in an olive coloured tee and a skirt. Amrita had given comfy fashion goals for the pregnant mothers out there as she had teamed her casual outfit with white shoes, sunglasses and a mask. Amrita had greeted the paparazzi as she stepped out of the car.
Looks like it’s time to finally remove 'to-be' as Amrita Rao and Anmol have embraced parenthood on November 1, 2020. A source had informed The Times of India, “She delivered in the morning. Anmol was by her side throughout in the operation theatre. Both Amrita and the baby are doing well.” Later, Amrita and Anmol released a statement confirming the arrival of their baby boy, which could be read as "Amrita Rao and RJ Anmol welcomed a baby boy this morning. Both the mother and baby are healthy and doing well. The family is ecstatic and both Amrita and RJ Anmol thank everyone for their wishes and blessings.” To congratulate the couple on Twitter, Farah Khan tweeted, “Many congratulations to @AmritaRao &@rjanmol on the birth of their baby... happiest news in a long time.”
It was on October 13, 2020, when Amrita Rao and Anmol were spotted outside a clinic in Khar and the former was snapped with a baby bump. The mommy-to-be had looked beautiful as ever in a white top and matching shorts with pregnancy glow and baby bum accentuating her look. Finally, after keeping the news of her pregnancy under the wraps for months, in an interview with Mumbai Mirror, Amrita had confirmed that she’s pregnant. Saying that the feeling that she will be a mother soon is yet to sink in, Amrita had confirmed the reports, “It’s like reliving our childhood. In an interview with The Times of India, Amrita Rao spoke about how she is looking forward to becoming a friend of her little wonder and shared her nervousness on embracing motherhood. Amrita said, “I have heard that with babies every few months there is a landmark transition. You are perpetually about discovering new things. Yes, I am nervous about the idea of motherhood but the saying is true- when you see your baby's face the mother in you effortlessly awakens. I am looking forward to being a friend to this little wonder in my life.”
Wishing everyone on Ashtami, the eighth day of the Navratri, Amrita Rao had posted a video of herself, glowing in a red saree. In the video, Amrita could be seen caressing her baby bump and smiling for the camera. She had captioned the post as “NAVRATRI AND NINE'TH MONTH!! My Dear Instees, I feel blessed to witness my Nine'th month of pregnancy in the auspicious month of Navratri! These 9 days are dedicated to Goddess Durga and her Nine Avatars. I am entering a New phase of embodying the Avatar of a Mother myself! I bow to the Highest Female Energy in the Universe as I surrender in good faith. May Goddess Durga bless ALL Mother's and Mommy's to be with strength and more power to gracefully carry on with the many Devine Avatar's that comes along with the territory of motherhood!!
