Besides this, Amitabh Bachchan is also known for his poetry and writing down his thoughts on Twitter about everything that catches his attention. Most of the time his posts are beautiful and emotional as he shares throwback pictures the most. One such instance is when on January 10, 2020, Amit ji had taken to his Twitter handle and had shared an unseen picture with his father, Harivansh Rai ji and had written a few lines from his poem. The same could be read as “They say the stars they sing, I put my ears to the skies heard nothing from countless throats of the sky, heavens they hear this song, we on earth know but this, all we get are dew drops as silent tears from above.”

However, Amit ji isn’t restricted to his family only as he had shared a throwback monochrome picture of celebrated nightingale sisters, Lata Mangeshkar and Asha Bhosle on February 11, 2019. In the picture, we can see both Lata ji and Asha ji looking extremely cute and innocent at the same time in their childhood picture. Well, the reason why Amit ji posted this throwback picture is that earlier on the same day Lata ji posted a small video of her father-figure, Pandit Narendra Sharma ji and guru, Pandit Jammu Maharaj ji on her twitter. After which by telepathy or destiny, Amit ji landed on this picture and found it worth sharing with his fans. Have a look at the picture down below. Talking about Lata ji, the legendary singer is living peacefully with her family. However, it’s hard to forget what happened on November 11, 2019, when Lata ji was rushed to the Breach Candy Hospital and was kept in the Intensive Care Unit after she had faced acute breathing issues. Sharing an update about Lata ji’s health, a source had then shared with the PTI, “She was brought to the hospital at about 2 am. She is critical and in the ICU.” After spending a day at the hospital, Lata ji was allowed to discharge but her sister, Usha Mangeshkar had thought that it would be better to keep her there for 1-2 days more.

Luckily, after being hospitalised for almost 28 days at the Breach Candy Hospital, Lata ji was discharged with good health. Lata ji’s whole family was waiting for her arrival and it was her beloved sister, Asha Bhosle, who had shared her happiness in an interview with the Mid-Day. Asha ji had confirmed that her sister is all hale and hearty and had also added that she was all emotional after seeing her that all all her songs came rushing to her. Asha ji had stated, “We were all there for her homecoming. She is back and we are overjoyed. She is looking hale and hearty. I was looking at her last night, and at once, so many songs that she has made immortal with her voice came back rushing to me.”  Well, as for now we are relieved that our beloved Lata ji is healthy at the moment and we hope she goes on live a thousand years more. Nevertheless, all thanks go to the man who shared this cute picture of Lata ji and Asha ji and gave us a chance to live all those memories again.
