Bollywood's megastar, Amitabh Bachchan is currently hosting the 15th season of his quiz show, Kaun Banega Crorepati. In the latest episode, the actor got nostalgic and took us on a trip down memory lane as he recalled the song, Kajra Re, from the film, Bunty Aur Babli. The song features Amitabh Bachchan, his son, Abhishek Bachchan, and his bahu, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. Even years after its release, the hit song is on the top playlist of every Indian wedding.
In the episode, the contestant, Abhishek Garg from Haryana, faces the 12th question for Rs. 12,50,000, which was about Piyush Mishra's band, Ballimaaraan. Abhishek gives the correct answer and wins the prize money. Later, the megastar goes on to share some insights about Ballimaaraan and revealed that the term was used in his song, Kajra Re, which had him, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, and Abhishek Bachchan. Recalling the memories, Big B said:
"Usmein hum teeno the tab humari bahu nahi thi ab ban gayi hai, bahu thi Abhishek the aur hum the... uss gaane mein bol the."

In yet another segment of the episode, the contestant, Dr. Abhishek Garg, requested the host, Amitabh Bachchan, to be lenient with him. Citing the reason behind the same, the contestant mentioned that his name is the same as Big B's son, Abhishek, so he deserves a bit of leniency. However, Big B quickly replied that he would address him as Dr. Sahab because calling him Abhishek would remind him of his son. Adding that he would keep thinking about his son's whereabouts, Big B said:
"Abhishek bhi bol sakte hain aapko par phir baar baar humko ghar jaana padega, humein lagta hai phir woh kaha gaye, kya kar rahe honge, kya horaraha hai unke jeevan mein, wahan dhyaan chala jaata hai."
Aishwarya Rai is a doting bahu of the Bachchan family, and it was in no time that she became a vital part of the clan and completely gelled with them. Moreover, her father-in-law, Amitabh Bachchan adores his bahu for the pure soul she is and often heaps praises on her. A proof of the same we witnessed in the season finale episode of Starry Nights 2.Oh!, when Big B was asked how the family dynamics changed after Abhishek and Aishwarya's wedding. To which, the loving sasurji said:
"Nothing has changed for us, it was like one daughter left and another one came in."

Amitabh Bachchan dotes on his son, Abhishek Bachchan and he too shares a very warm bond with his pa. Big B has always been his son’s pillar of strength and his biggest cheerleader. When Abhishek’s film, Dasvi's trailer was released, Amitabh had lauded Abhishek's performance in it and also declared him his heir. Quoting his father, Harivansh Rai Bachchan's poem, Amitabh had penned:
"Mere bete, bete hone se tum mere uttradhikari nahi hoge. Jo mere uttradhikari honge, wo mere bete honge. --Harivansh Rai Bachchan. Abhishek, tum mere uttradhikari hoge, bus keh diya to keh diya."’
