A report in the Economic Times stated that the transfer of ownership was done by Amitabh Bachchan and his wife, Jaya Bachchan, on November 8, 2023, and they had paid a total stamp duty worth Rs. 50.65 lakhs. The report also revealed that the bungalow, which is spread over a total of 16,840 sq feet, has a market value of over Rs. 50.63 crores.
