Sunny Deol and Ameesha Patel starrer film, Gadar 2 is turning the tables by crossing the Rs.400 crore mark at the box office. The film is receiving great reviews from the audience as well as critics. Amid the Gadar 2 fever, a video of Ameesha Patel is going viral, where the actress hails her achievements and how she has always been popular among boys.
In the video posted on Reddit, Ameesha sat down for a conversation and spoke confidently about her achievements. Dressed in a pink-coloured noodle-strap top with open tresses, Ameesha looked gorgeous. She even donned a chain with Ameesha written on it. During the conversation, Ameesha stated that she was excellent in school, an all-rounder, and the head girl. She also pointed out receiving a lot of male attention throughout.

As soon as the video was posted, netizens reacted to Ameesha’s self-appraisal. Some compared her with Urvashi Rautela, others called her attitude cringe. One of the users wrote, “Yeh toh meko meri high school crush ki yaad dila rhi hai usme bhi bht attitude tha.” Another commented, “Ye gadar team ko koi chup karao Bhai. Everyone including the director is giving such cringe interviews.”

In an interview with Bollywood Hungama, Ameesha Patel opened up about her acting career and recalled how at many points, she has been often labelled as being too educated to be able to work in films. She revealed that back in the day, she was frequently asked by journalists whether her elite upbringing and schooling made her an unusual fit for the Bollywood.

Ameesha rose to overnight fame with her debut opposite Hrithik Roshan in the 2000-released film, Kaho Na Pyar Hai.
