While some believe that she transformed due to ageing, others claim that the actress went under the knife for cosmetic surgery.
Recently, a Reddit user shared a picture collage of Alia Bhatt featuring her before and after looks. However, it’s her drastic facial transformation that grabbed netizens’ attention. The picture showed Alia's massive transformation from being a sweet and chubby girl to a hot babe, and it is now going viral on Reddit. The picture comes with a caption that reads:
“After so many nose jobs, lip surgeries, hairline surgeries, she should be the last one to pail the gyan over being natural/ vegan."

As soon as the before and after pictures of Alia Bhatt surfaced online, many netizens reacted to it and even pointed out the facial surgeries that she might have had. One of them wrote, “Alia Bhatt has gotten work done to her eyes/eyebrows, nose, chin area, hairline basically the whole face, but it’s very subtle and it’s small work so it’s not noticed as much.” Another one commented, “She did something to her eye lids to make them less hooded, check out SOTY pictures. Also they remove baby fat from cheeks to make them more contoured. Almost everyone does that.” A netizen pointed out the surgery that she might have done, “It’s called buccal fat removal. It gives you that sharp model look.”
A few months back, a Reddit user shared a collage of Alia Bhatt's pictures from the NMACC after-party. While the first picture was taken from Alia's IG handle, the other one was shared by one of the guests present at the party. One look at the collage, and one can easily tell the striking differences between the two pictures. Sharing the picture, the user claimed that Alia morphed her pictures before uploading them on her Instagram handle and penned:
"Photoshop queen."

As soon as the picture collage was shared on social media, people were quick to notice how smartly Alia Bhatt managed to make her look perfect in her edited pictures. A section of netizens slammed the actress for preaching about loving oneself while not being happy with her own body in real life. However, some people also mentioned how motherhood took a toll on her body, and she had to photoshop her pictures to look appealing like before.
Soon after embracing motherhood, Alia Bhatt got back to her fitness regime, leaving everyone stunned with her post-partum body transformation. In an interview with the Bombay Times, the actress revealed that she is in no rush to look a certain way. Stressing the importance of body positivity, Alia shared that her mantra is to listen to her body and not to be hard on herself. Talking about the same, she said that she loves food, she loves to eat, but she had to lose weight to act in films as she needed to look healthy and appealing.
